Great cheap breakfast spot, the staff are great and the food is good. The food was so cheap I ordered a waffle in addition to my French toast. They have a nice little bar for single individuals. The only thing I would change is their French toast uses regular bread. Maybe I had to ask for large Texas toast, which I prefer.
