I did a take out order about 1.5 weeks ago. Before my order, I read the other reviews and thought "it can't be that bad right". Funny enough, they messed up my order.I was missing multiple items - most importantly an order of chicken. The veggie sticks and toast... I can somewhat forgive. But missing one-fifth of the chicken order is NOT okay.Regarding the food I did receive, I also ordered the sauce on the side, and of course there was none on the side and my chicken was covered in sauce. I honestly would've preferred no sauce in that case. More funny stuff, but the flavor of the chicken they didn't give me was the "no sauce" flavor. I would have made the whole order "no sauce", but their online system didn't let me which is why I ordered sauce on the side for the other chicken.The food is not amazing but wasn't bad either. I will say the the wings are smaller than most places, so if it seems cheaper than other options, it might not be. Some flavors are too salty for my tastes and the garlic parm had this radioactive looking sauce...I tried to contact them via their webform on the website but haven't received any contact other than an automated response so I'm posting here instead also as a warning for others.

It doesn't exist yet they accept payments from door dash. Made me waste my time. There's a different restaurant here and even if it was a ghost kitchen the restaurant was closed.

So many things is wrong with this place. You call the number and the answer machine says raccoon Ruby's. They have been supposedly preparing my food for an hour now and I'm hearing they might even be on break (who closes a restaurant during peak hours). This is the absolute worst I have had with any delivery service. If you want a dinner from here I suggest you order for breakfast then it might be ready by time your ready for your 3 meal of the day... Never giving this place my money again!

I’ll remember this place every time I have chicken wings. Approaching the borderline of inedible.Exceptionally tough, dried out wings - tasted much like reheated leftovers. Ordered three separate types, two of which had no discernible flavor. As they were out of carrots and celery my order was substituted with fries, which were soggy.Prices are marginally lower than comparable options nearby, but the value is terrible.
