This Wingstop it’s just awesome because the team members are really kind and helpful even when they don’t understand the language they try to help!!! I just love it really I recommend this Wingstop

I ordered on-line a Korean chicken sandwich with seasoned fries. The sandwich was literally a burger bun with a piece of chicken SATURATED with the sauce that came with cold sandwich and cold fries. I arrived fifteen minutes after I placed the order, so it shouldn't have been cold. As I was waiting for the two employees to talk casually to one another, I noticed that floor was wet, they apparently just mopped. I couldn't help but to see the girl deep-frying and employees moving around back n' forth; especially, because they didn't have any rubber mats on the floor to prevent an accident. I was really surprised to see that WINGSTOP would put their employees in a dangerous work hazard environment. I've never been a fan of wingstop, this food order was just another reminder why. I am not going to lie though.....their wings are bomb.com! Jus sayn!
It was my family's first time at a Wingstop and this experience surely disappointed us. We won't be coming back. Blanca the host was rude, she kept making faces, rolling her eyes, was huffing and puffing when we were trying to make an order. She did not say hello or smile. She provided no courtesy, graciousness or help. We ended up with wrong order but did not want to deal with her some more. She clearly needs to be fired. Then it took a whole 30 minutes for every person in line to get their orders. The wait was ridiculously long for a weekday visit at 1:30 pm. A whole 30 minutes between ordering time and getting the food. The place was filthy, the workers were not happy to be there. The vending machine had melted ice all over the floor - was just waiting for someone to slip over that wet floor and sue them. Tables were filty, condiment area a mess. The wall sign said they would clean tables but no one came out to clean tables and there was nowhere to toss own trash and to set out the trays. Food was not great either. Chicken sandwich had no trimmings- bread and chicken only. It was unappeling to look at and had a bland taste too. Fries were burned and soggy and was not seasoned. Not worth the meal. Not even value for money. We won't be coming back. If you are inclined to eat chicken, go to another restaurant or maybe even try a different location. This one is a no-go. We were shopping nearby so it was a last minute decision to grab a quick meal here because it took forever.

Service was super friendly but very slow. They seemed understaffed. The soda machine wasn’t working, or at least the two flavors I tried were diluted. The food was ok but surprisingly expensive if you actually want wings (maybe this is more of a Nugget Stop). But the worst part is that there are no moist towelettes or hand sanitizer or any other way to clean your hands before or after eating saucy wings except for waiting in line for their bathroom. In sum, it’s fast food that isn’t fast or cheap or easy to eat.
