Stopped in to grab my morning coffee. Staff was preoccupied, location outside needs a deep clean. Someone stepped in feces and drug their foot to clean it off across their sidewalk. Litter in the parking lot, just overall not well cared for. Didn't have the coffee containers all filled like I'm used to at other locations. Many of the containers that were out did not have any coffee in them. Parking is available on the side of the building and in front.
Rude employee. Did not catch his name, he was Indian. We asked for a pizza and he said "No, I'm busy." I was shocked. I get not making pizza slices to order but on every visit we have been able to get a full pizza at any time. Previous visits with other employees have been nothing but good experiences. Being told no because it was an inconvenience to him to do his job was just rude.
