The drive-thru and curbside pickup services are convenient, although there may be issues with the curbside ordering system. The self-checkout menus can be small and hard to see. Kids enjoy the play area, especially the indoor projector games. Registers were not open during one visit. The restaurant is open 24/7 and is known as the only place where customers can use the ladies' room and get fresh food after crossing from the Mexican border. There are plenty of seats for dine-in, and the place provides security to keep everyone safe. Inside, there is an ATM and a change machine that accepts $5 or $1 bills for quarters, which is helpful since the machine does not take dimes or nickels. Customers have enjoyed the technology, including food arriving on a robot with Justin Timberlake singing, and some praise the service. However, there have been times when no staff member was available to take orders, leaving customers to use the touch screen for about 10 minutes, which can be frustrating as it feels like customers are doing the staff's work.
