Frist visit to this Applebee's, very pleasant dinning experience, sat at the bar,even though I don't drink alcohol beverages, bar employee John,M. Was very courteous and polite, attentive. The manager was courteous and welcomed dinners politely and greeted as well as I sat waiting for my meal,

Great lunch or dinner spot, had lunch there with an old friend, had a beer and a couple burgers, Great time!
Not very good food selections anymore -- food is very prefab. The only thing I really like is the tortilla soup. Even the quality of the my old favorite, the riblets, has changed and not for the better. Too many other options available to merit paying hard-earned money for mediocre food.

I always have the most amazing experience at this Applebee’s San Dimas for decades! Yesterday, was the best that I simply felt this review was warranted. From the moment we walked in, the energy was warm and welcoming. Aurora at the bar was truly exceptional!! Her service was top-tier, fabulous, friendly, and professional. She made us feel right at home and elevated our entire experience. The rest of the staff were equally wonderful, attentive, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do.
The food? Absolutely delicious! Every bite was full of flavor, and the value for what you get is unbeatable. Whether you’re stopping by for a drink or staying for a full meal, this place delivers on every level. Highly recommend and definitely coming back when I am in town.
