Saturday night the noise level was so loud. It was hard to talk to my Friend. The food was okay but it was so busy. I would say they were short-staffed on waiters not the waiter's fault that the managers fault for not having another waiter on duty! The reply from management was lame. Didn't address any of my complaints!

Party of 3. We ordered ribeye, French onion soup, loaded mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, bourbon street chicken and shrimp, hamburger combo, and Cinnabon rolls for dessert. We also advised the server of a guest severe allergy to shellfish.
Wheelchair accessibility: We had a person in our party with a wheelchair. The table they sat us on was okay, not great. We had to do some rearranging of the table and chairs (pushing them) to make it work for us.

I initially saw the district manager she greeted me and was very attentive. I then spoke with Shara, the general manager she was fantastic. Finally my server Aurora was incredible. My son and I had a fantastic time. Oh, and the food was fantastic as well.

Terrific neighborhood restaurant and bar with a lively atmosphere. Excellent for watching sports while chatting with friendly people. Food is beyond expectation for a chain restaurant. Happy hour is generous and food never disappoints.
