Came in today on Christmas Eve. Tried ordering deals with my app. They informed me they didn’t have any deals today. Informed them that it doesn’t say anything on the app that I can’t claim and denied me. They should honored it. Just upcharging me.

Honestly if I can leave 0 stars for service I would I’m here right now ordered through the app and for some reason my child’s free kids meal didn’t go through I tried explaining to the guy (Derek ) and he in no way tried to to help me. Just left and took my daughter to get her kids meal elsewhere. Currently home and my order isn’t complete missing a burger and chicken ! I called the store to let them know and they don’t answer the phone. Extremely upset!

Rude management, tried to over charge me until I brought it to their attention. And the menu is over priced for the food and service I received. I would refrain from visiting this location in the future. Terrible experience.

11/12/2024 @ 7:15PM I pulled up to the drive through and the employee was extremity rude. So much so that I canceled my order and went someplace else for dinner. This is the 3rd time I've had this issue. The other two times were within the last few months and at around the same time of evening. This time was the worst.

Wow, all I can say is that their crispy chicken sandwich was really good. Their hamburgers were not bad either. The cashier person was nice. Location was convenient and clean, close by costco and parks.
