11/12/2024 @ 7:15PM I pulled up to the drive through and the employee was extremity rude. So much so that I canceled my order and went someplace else for dinner. This is the 3rd time I've had this issue. The other two times were within the last few months and at around the same time of evening. This time was the worst.

Wow, all I can say is that their crispy chicken sandwich was really good. Their hamburgers were not bad either. The cashier person was nice. Location was convenient and clean, close by costco and parks.

Today i went to the San Dimas store 234, and saw a young family at the counter. It turns out the parents of this family were deaf and they struggled to give there food order, while their 2 kids played in the store. Fortunately, Bertha, the Manager, took their order, she was so Professional. She showed a level of Customer Service that is rare to see in businesses these days. She should be commended for her patience, compassion and the attention to the customers that she displayed. I think people like this are a blessing to have on any team. I look forward to my next visit.
