I was having a really bad day and I needed something to cheer me up so I decided to go to this Cold Stone Creamery location for some ice cream. The young lady who served me was beyond welcoming and she was incredibly sweet. She doesn't know this, but she really helped me feel better that day. Not sure where to start! 1st I waited 15 mins with only one person ahead of me, he waited just as long. 4 employees, one working on to go orders. One in the back touching his hair on and off while making ice cream, the third was refilling candies that could have waiting on customers. By the time I was helped there was 8 people behind me. Advice to manager your employees should go to the chino hills location and learn how to run a shift! Employee wearing shorts you couldn’t see under her t shirt.

I went twice in one week to get banana and both times they were out. I asked why they haven’t had banana and they just said, we just haven’t been making it!!! There were 3 ppl there . 2 were making making waffle cups that they didn’t need, had a lot of them!!!
Usually I love the product here but today I ordered "an apple pie a la cold stone" and 95% of it was vanilla ice cream. I only got 3 little chunks of apple, cinnamon and no pie crust. I was surprised the young man made it so quickly. Now I know why, he skipped a few steps. Not happy.
