I love Del Taco but idk this one was ehhh... the taco shells were not fresh, the fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting there for awhile, the sitting area (although no one was there) was dirty, we couldn't find a clean table. The counter person and the crew were very nice just a little disappointed with the food.

I just go there, I order and WAIT what did I just receive my food 2 seconds after I ordered?! Is this a dream? And why does my food taste like…. Like a piece taken out from heaven?! WOW my mouth has never tingled this much before and here I am, a full grown man crying over a few pieces of meat and cheese and ahhhh soooo perfect!And the cashier that greeted me when I came in… he came rushing over with a red carpet roll in hand, rolled it out in front of me and play the royal trumpet as I entered! And he gave me a lottery ticket saying I was now the winner of $5 million dollars! And as I muched down on my perfect food, he massaged my feet and brushed my hair. I was certainly spoiled here at this wonderful Del Taco, best experience of my life.But then I woke up and ordered for real, everything was good, not bad but nothing super eye catching. ;)

Reporting this location to corporate, I find it ridiculous that you have workers in the building but they close off the drive thru because they don't want to work. People who work noc shift have to eat too. ?

So my food was absolutely cold. I got $38 worth of food that they charged me on account and the frisr code. Not enough fry's. I got a large order of fries with the loaded bacon burrito. I. Also ordered the number one with just meet and cheese They came out cold as well. The meat the taco the burrito. The fry's are completely frozen and never receive. My drink decided to call them. He had an attitude at the service window. Cause I asked for a receipt and grab it didn't give it to me thru. It in the bag with the attitude. At this time it's 12 midnight. No cars behind me any forgot to hand me. My drink, try calling to get my money back for the drink. No response so now I'm riding the review that he had a bad attitude. If he hates his job, get a career man. Is that our fault you wanted to work there. Best advice.

I went to the Del Taco in San Dimas on Monday 1/15/24. For lunch around 2:15 PM. I ordered 2 tacos, 1 beef burrito, and 2 small fries in the drive-through. I checked my order before leaving and notice that not only did they short me 1 order of fries there was only about 7 french fries in the bag they gave me. When I told the kid at the window this was unacceptable and I wanted him to fill the fry bag with the proper amount of fries. He looks at me and says don't expect much, It is a small fry. He did fill both bags with the proper amount of frys. I can't believe that they would try to pass 7 french fries as a small bag of fries. After all of that, the fries were terrible, they were soggy and cold, the tacos and burrito were ok. There are better choices for $15:00 ......I won't be going back anytime soon.
Food to eat when you want to sober up. That's the best answer. A 21-year-old man would give you. It's pretty easy to use the app. Order your food, pull up, grab it and go!. I believe they also have a bunch of programs and promotions within the app that guys who got two tacos free and as you spend more in the app, you collect reward points for more free food. So it's not a bad deal. If you know about Del Taco then you probably grew up in Southern California and probably not having a home in the hills. This food is for you WM shoppers. It's funny cuz you can even go on the Del Taco website and purchase a group of hot sauce and then probably like a t-shirt in your favorite hat and some tacos thing you put on your desk and it looks funny.Vegetarian options: Beans and cheese tacos, burritosParking: Several spots in the frontWheelchair accessibility: Yes that's a ramp. Probably the worst Del I've had in my life he wait time is about 30 minutes to a hour pretty sure it's called fast food and when you pull up the fries are cold a day old and no seasoning do yourself a favor and go to the Carl's next door at lest your fries will be hot and food won't take 1 hour to be disappointed 0 stars
