“This restaurant food reminds me of one of those family Sundays at Grandma's house. The flavor in food is amazing and very good quality. The place sends you back in time. They still do those old-school shakes (they are amazing, btw), but the outmost here is just very nice and clean. I truly recommend this place. It's a blast from the past.“

Tom’s Chino is truly a hidden gem! Not only is the food absolutely delicious, but the prices are unbelievably affordable. In a time when eating out can feel expensive, Tom’s offers high-quality meals without breaking the bank.

What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. The staff is beyond friendly, making you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you walk in. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience—without ever expecting a tip. That level of hospitality is rare these days, and it makes me wish more restaurants operated with the same kindness and integrity.

“I always pass this restaurant on my bus route and usually I don’t have time to stop however I did today and I must say the customer service is amazing and I ordered the French toast combo with a side of potatoes O’Brian… First of all the French toast is so damn good. I didn’t even need syrup next, I’m gonna talk about these potatoes that was cooked to Perfection… They were crispy & soft they were amazing. My eggs were over medium perfect. I mean just perfect. I will definitely be returning. There aren’t as many good restaurants in this area, but this is definitely one of them and once again the customer service was amazing. The only reason why I did not give it five stars for the atmosphere is because I sat at the bar area and there was a lady who just would not get off of her phone. She had it on speaker and it was super loud. You would’ve thought she had it connected to surroundsound and that is the only reason why it was four stars for the atmosphere I just wish people would be a little more considerate so for that reason I actually cut my visit short and just packed my food up to go however, once again this restaurant is amazing super clean the restroom really clean and once again the customer service is truly truly amazing please go and visit this restaurant“

“Well, food is excellent, I was there for breakfast, was my first time there. The choices were great, I ordered from a specials menu… delicious, I had one scrambled egg, cooked to perfection, hash browns, sausage… all very good. I was there with a couple of friends, they each got omelets. Service wad quick, and friendly. Very attentive. Great music from the 1959’s… it was playing in the background. I will return, truly enjoyed everything.“
