Pizza was dry and instead of them helping me they gave me a number to call that hung up on me

Very bad experience here, I was waiting here for my pizza to get ready and I saw the guy, I believe his name Paola, getting the pizza ready and at the same time touching his clothes and also ringing us up which means touching the computer, and when I asked him if he could use gloves he said its not mandetory and its okay!!!! I NEVER SEEN SUCH A THING!
I WILL DEFINITLY BRING THIS UP TO THE MANAGEMENT! UNACCEPTABLE!

Dominos delivered a pizza and sandwich to my house yesterday. It was for a house two blocks away. The lady's phone number was on the receipt so I called and they came over. BUT she told me she had driven over to Dominos to complain about not receiving the order and they said too bad, we delivered it. They made the mistake but it was the customers problem!

Ordered delivery online in app, never got the order. Had to drive over and pick up. Then the staff tried to say it wasn’t delivery despite having my email receipt say so.

Rating this location to the lowest. Extremely unprofessional staff. My order had not been delivered and when I walked in to the restaurant to inquire about my delivery, the staff was eyeing me and laughing at me the whole time I was there. I asked to cancel my order and refund me but they said they couldn’t do that. Such a horrible experience.

I’ve never had an issue till now with delivery let alone the service inside sucks. Definitely not coming here again. Gentleman who said he delivered my order was called Christopher. He never did!! on top of that. When I arrived. One of the gentlemen was just staring me down as if he had an issue with me awful service. i’ve also called before I came. They were just clicking so I attempted to call while I was there and it kept ringing therefore they saw my number and clicked.

This store charged me $20 + tax for the couponed FREE item. I didn't notice it until after they delivered the food. I called the phone number on the receipt FOUR times.... each time, the phone rings about 30x then disconnects. The order number on the receipt and website is a call center only -- not the store --- and is NO help. And, the customer "service" link on the website is a "bot" that asks repetitive questions. So far, I've received NO help in ANY form from customer service OR the store. I would NOT recommend this location OR Domino's Pizza to anyone even though the pizza's tasted ok. We'll see what they to with the "satisfaction guarantee" that's listed on their website.

This last time, I bought cinnamon twists, and I thought they came with one icing cup. I bought one thinking I would have 2. When I arrived home I was happy I had the one. Nothing special about this location so 3 stars...

This place can never deliver a pizza on time. The app had it marked as delivered for over 20 minutes and it’s still not here. I called the store and they said the app is automated and “we can’t do nothing about that”. They don’t even offer to contact their driver and get back to me. Just “thank you for waiting”. They’re understaffed and don’t care about customer service.

Stay away from this store, they rob people. I ordered online thinking that I was picking up at the Montclair store. When I found out that it was placed at the San Dimas store, I was told that I could call them to cancel. They won't answer the phone and the automated system hangs up on you after saying you've already picked up your pizza, to which I didn't. They are running a scam!

I frequent this location and have been mostly satisfied, a couple times even surprised at the decent quality I got. But no more.
I ordered online my usual 2 or more for 7.99 each, and selected to use my upgrade a medium 2 topping to a large at no additional cost. I suspected this would go wrong so I called the store immediately after ordering. They confirmed they would watch for my order and make sure it was put in as a large.
I arrive for my carside delivery and what does he bring me? A medium pizza.
I explain to him and follow him inside to have it fixed. This is where I'm greeted by the "female assistant manager" that I'm reading so many negative reviews about. She proceeds to tell me that I was supposed to request that upgrade online (which I did) and she can't do it in the store. She also suggested I call corporate to fix it. CALL CORPORATE? Are you kidding me? This isn't even the half of it. I get home with my order; medium pizza, parm bites and an order of boneless regular chicken nuggets. This is my order of chicken. Those little itt bitty pcs of chicken are no larger than the size of a quarter. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME! I will not return and this review will also go on Google, and straight to Domino's. I don't want a credit. I don't want an apology. I want to forget all about this location. So sad that one person can completely ruin a customer's experience.
