This store charged me $20 + tax for the couponed FREE item. I didn't notice it until after they delivered the food. I called the phone number on the receipt FOUR times.... each time, the phone rings about 30x then disconnects. The order number on the receipt and website is a call center only -- not the store --- and is NO help. And, the customer "service" link on the website is a "bot" that asks repetitive questions. So far, I've received NO help in ANY form from customer service OR the store. I would NOT recommend this location OR Domino's Pizza to anyone even though the pizza's tasted ok. We'll see what they to with the "satisfaction guarantee" that's listed on their website.

This last time, I bought cinnamon twists, and I thought they came with one icing cup. I bought one thinking I would have 2. When I arrived home I was happy I had the one. Nothing special about this location so 3 stars...

This place can never deliver a pizza on time. The app had it marked as delivered for over 20 minutes and it’s still not here. I called the store and they said the app is automated and “we can’t do nothing about that”. They don’t even offer to contact their driver and get back to me. Just “thank you for waiting”. They’re understaffed and don’t care about customer service.

Stay away from this store, they rob people. I ordered online thinking that I was picking up at the Montclair store. When I found out that it was placed at the San Dimas store, I was told that I could call them to cancel. They won't answer the phone and the automated system hangs up on you after saying you've already picked up your pizza, to which I didn't. They are running a scam!

I frequent this location and have been mostly satisfied, a couple times even surprised at the decent quality I got. But no more.
I ordered online my usual 2 or more for 7.99 each, and selected to use my upgrade a medium 2 topping to a large at no additional cost. I suspected this would go wrong so I called the store immediately after ordering. They confirmed they would watch for my order and make sure it was put in as a large.
I arrive for my carside delivery and what does he bring me? A medium pizza.
I explain to him and follow him inside to have it fixed. This is where I'm greeted by the "female assistant manager" that I'm reading so many negative reviews about. She proceeds to tell me that I was supposed to request that upgrade online (which I did) and she can't do it in the store. She also suggested I call corporate to fix it. CALL CORPORATE? Are you kidding me? This isn't even the half of it. I get home with my order; medium pizza, parm bites and an order of boneless regular chicken nuggets. This is my order of chicken. Those little itt bitty pcs of chicken are no larger than the size of a quarter. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME! I will not return and this review will also go on Google, and straight to Domino's. I don't want a credit. I don't want an apology. I want to forget all about this location. So sad that one person can completely ruin a customer's experience.

ordered online for curbside. said 22-32 minutes so i waited. eventually i was there waiting for 30 minutes, with my progress bar on the website saying my pizza hasn’t even been started yet. i walked inside and the employee told me my pizza was the next one she had to make. i wouldn’t have ordered if i knew it was going to take that long! i was already on a time constraint, on my birthday. every other dominos i’ve been to finish the pizzas before the expected time. i would steer clear of this one. it’s not the employees fault that they get a lot of orders, but they need more people to help fulfill them.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE FROM THE NO NAME "ASSISTANT MANAGER"!!!
I normally order from this location for our pizzas.
I don't want to do this but I have no choice!! The "assistant manager " is horrible in the evening on Thursday July 11, 2024 and it's a female!! They had made a mistake on one of the pizzas and I called and just asked for a store credit for the error of one. The "assistant manager " over the phone wouldn't let me speak and said I know what I looked at, and I boxed them I know your pizzas are CORRECT!! I had to drive back to the location to show proof that they were not done correctly!! When I arrived into the store and I asked her what was her name she said she doesn't have to give out any information. I even asked for the managers name she said we have it all on our website!! I even said I had this issue once and they were more than willing to give me a store credit over the phone!! She basically said to my face that she knew that both of the pizzas that she gave were correct.. I opened the first box she said you see this is correct. I responded yes I know that and my issue is only with one of the pizzas. When I opened the second box she was saying I know this one is made correctly also, as I'm opening it to show her she got quiet and that's when she saw one was not correct! I did not have to do all of this!! She did NOT WANT TO GIVE me store credit!! I DID NOT WANT 3 pizzas tonight!! I had to repeat myself numerous of times, that I only wanted a store credit. She gave me the store credit at the end. That is when her attitude changed. I said to her I DONT NEED TO LIE OVER PIZZA, I just wanted the error to fixed with the store credit!! This whole situation could have been resolved over the phone!! Whomever is in charge of this store please sort this issue out!!!!

Had the worst pizza at Dominos ever. We literally got melted cheese on uncooked dough. We are regulars at Dominos but wont be going to San Dimas location again. The associate didnt bother to actually bake it. Not to mention; her rude behaviour when we showed the pizza.

Found that someone has hacked our account, called my local and the store they used the hack to get freed food off my account and no one can help me. Sent emails and was told the manager would call.

First and last time ordering from this place. I placed an order online and received a confirmation email that my order was being prepared. After an hour of not hearing from the store I called to see if my order was ready and I was told it had already been picked up. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the employee and she told me all she can to for me was offer me a refund in 2-3 business days. The Manager was rude and condescending when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer service she literally hung up on me.
