This is the closest donut shop to my home, so I drop by on occasion. The donuts are decent, but I no longer plan on giving them my business. My problem is that the guy behind the counter overcharged me on my last two visits. The first time, he charged me more than the listed price for two dozen donut holes (I paid because I was in a rush, but I felt cheated in the moment). The second time, he intentionally shortchanged me until I called him out. That was two times in two weeks that he tried to rip me off. I probably should have paid closer attention to the fact that a lot of product prices are not on the menu, which is a major red flag. I get the impression they charge whatever they want (some other negative reviews mention this) and bank on customers not doing the math or paying attention.
I would encourage anyone who visits this place to ask about costs upfront because they are not always transparent or honest.

Dirty, rundown, and expensive. Avoid the cake donuts especially, as they're pretty low quality and have an off flavor. They have some tables and chairs, but the store is noisy and hot, so it's not exactly a nice place to eat.
There are much, much better options for donuts in Glendora (lady's, donut man, etc). I wouldn't recommend going here.

Donut Queen’s glazed donuts are underrated!
I’ve tried plenty of different donut shops both in and out of the US, and I think Donut Queen has the best glazed donuts I’ve ever had. The donut is nice and buttery, and the glaze isn’t too sweet. It’s a well-balanced donut and has me driving 50+ minutes just to get them. I have been coming to Donut Queen for over 15 years! I’ve brought their donuts to family gatherings and friends, and all of them’ve said they love them.
I’ve tried some of their other goods, and I will say that the glazed is their best. If you love a good, classic glazed donut, then I feel like you would love Donut Queen.

I come here all the time for my lunch breaks! They are the best! They are always very welcoming, friendly, and fast which is perfect for the mornings when your in a rush. There's a reason why they are always packed 😊🩷 They have everything from donuts to blended boba coffee and sandwhiches and all taste so good! Prices are great! I absolutely love this shop! Always clean They take care of theyre store 😊

Must-have sandwiches that definitely fill you up and leave you wanting for more! I usually call ahead of time for my order which helps me grab and go. The other day she was able to create a breakfast sandwich variety box! All my coworkers loved the sandwiches.
I alway go to another donut store in Laverne but out of my Good judgement I went here it was next door to my eyebrow store, a young lady was working, i asked for a dozen donut holes and a pink plane frosting donut, I went to the counter to pay and there were oil frosted donut holes, I told her sorry this is wrong I wanted a pink cake and 1 dozen donut holes. she looked as if she was to busy to handle the order there was only 1 other couple in the store, she did fix the problem....Then I handed HER A 20.00 bill and she hands me a 5$ bill and some change , I told her I handed you a 20$ she said I thought it was a 10$, no I only had a 20 in my wallet! so then she hands me a 10$ in return she had no clue how to add up my change, I was not going to stand there and argue with her i took the 10$ and left hoping that was the best 10$ donut I ever had! and nope they were dry! will not be returning here!

They have the best iced coffee ever (queens coffee) and the price is great. The customer service is amazing. They greet you when entering, very friendly atmosphere. I definitely recommend to try it.
