Strike 3...I don't know why this location cannot make the food like the other Pollo Loco restaurants...it's the same menus, same ingredients and thus the same quality control. Food is either too salty or chicken was gross, not done the same as other restaurants for some reason...there is like 2 people always working and they close before they're supposed to close. Avoid this location, idk why it hasn't gone outta business yet.

The chicken was very moist at this location.Family meal with legs, thighs, and breasts. Our sides were Mac and cheese, Cole slaw, and Rice. We shredded the chicken onto tortillas and added the rest.

Day 1 Poor CSR, drive thru opens at 10 am they had me waited 3mins b4 they toom my order, at the drive thru window i have to wait another 15 mins as the chik is not yet ready, duuuh?Day 2, waited almost 30mins at d drive thru, when its my turn to order, no more chuck available, they run out...Why dont they close the business, poor business practice...

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing this restaurant. Upon entering Polo Loco the place was very clean, at my surprise, and had a great environment around the area. the customer service was beyond limits. The manager made sure everything was just alright. From the moment I took my seat, I felt taken care of. The customer service truly surpassed my expectations of this place, which was not always the best before. knowing it's the common fast food Polo Loco. The good quality was fresh, which was great.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service, food and cleanliness of the store. This is not my regular store but I was in the area and chose El Pollo Loco based on name recognition. This store certainly reflected the name brand well. I will return when in the area.

Food was good stopped here on the way to vegas, ordered the chipotle chicken avocado burrito and a tostada salad bowl was in and out quick and back on the road, service was good, will definitely stop by again

I love love love this location. Out of all El Pollo Locos I have been to, this is for sure my favorite. Customer service was excellent as was the food. I got an opportunity to speak with Steve at this location and he was more than helpful. Definitely will be going back soon. :)
