Our burgers were great, as all things customized tend to be, But they keep changing the cajun fries recipe to detriment. Today they hardly have any seasoning (they typically are dark brown in color with seasoning).

Absolutely amazing experience every time I come. Food is delicious and the service is always beyond amazing! Kind and relaxed workers are always helpful! Specifically today, Paul was very kind in taking my order and just having a nice conversation! Worth every penny!

The Cashier was super friendly and helpful. I loved the food, and I like the fact we can choose our toppings for the burger. I have tried their beef hot dogs as well and it is very delicious. I am not super fan of their fries since I like them very crunchy but Five guys fries is not all the way crunchy. Also, I love their free peanuts that we can try as we wait for our food. Their tables are always clean and ready to sit if you want to dine in. Overall good experience but it is a bit pricey. I got 2 cheeseburger and 2 drink and 1 fries (their portions are huge for fries and the regular fries is enough for 2 to 3 people) for $45.

This was my first time eating at Five Guys. This outlet in San Dimas is a smaller store in the strip mall next to Costco. Burger is better than average and they let you customize toppings at your will. The small burger is a quarter pounder and quite filling if you loaded up on toppings. The fries were made from great potatoes from Idaho. They are cut a bit thicker than competitors and they fry them in peanut oil likely covered with starch to make them slightly crispy. The shake was definitely good. Main issue would be the price since they are charging prices for burgers at full service diners. ~$20 per order. This is double the price of fast food competition. There is plenty of parking at this location. Service and facilities are good and clean, respectively.

Pretty good burgers with an INSANE amount of fries and im not complaining. Will say though that while it is a really good burger, for the price point I feel like it's a bit much. Five guys has its own distinct flavor that is neck and neck with In n Outs own food but with its pricing being close to over double it's competitor. Overall, really good burgers and fries that is a must try. Make sure to clarify what toppings you want on your burgers since if you don't they will just give you a plain Cheeseburger

Been wanting to try a burger from 5 Guys for a while. The place is very clean and thr service was great. They have a pretty good sized menu with burger, hot dogs, fries, and shakes. I opted for a traditional burger with bacon and "All the way" toppings with small Cajon fries and a drink.
The burger was pretty tasty and tall despite being a little smaller on the roundness as I was expecting. The fries were good and generous in portion but had way too much of the seasoning which some might prefer.
Although my meal was pretty good, I had a hard time justifying paying $15 for a burger, fries, and a drink. Glad I at least gave it a shot. Will have to try one of their hot dogs and shakes next time.

Lives up to the hype of being crazy expensive. Also, unfortunately, pretty good. Employees not very welcoming. Veggie sandwich seemed like a good deal but only compared to the other prices, it's like 6 more dollars to add meat. Was not expecting a mountain of fries either! Overall good food, just if it was ⅓ cheaper. 😊
