Bought a large Glendora Quiche Lorraine at Gelsons. Instead of following their directions to bake at 325 degrees, I baked at 375 degrees for 30 minutes - the best! Crisp flaky crust, tender egg custard. Not sure why they instruct to bake at 325 - having made quiches myself, that oven temp is too low. Hoping they re-open soon! Gelsons seems to be out of their large quiches, so i'm now scooping up a bunch of the single serving size to freeze! If you're reading your reviews, Glendora Q, consider changing your instructions to 375 degrees.
