Today I came in with my daughter after having a great experience here previously. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The food was bland and arrived cold, and the service was mediocre at best. We ordered the shrimp tikki masala and the samosas. The samosas were overwhelmingly onion-heavy, and the tikki masala lacked any real flavor. To make matters worse, the tablecloths were covered in old food stains from previous guests, which was very off-putting. Given the prices, the quality of the food and cleanliness were not worth it. When we mentioned our concerns to the server, he said that’s just how the food is made and did not apologize or attempt to address the issue. I would not recommend dining here unless you’re comfortable paying a high price for food that lacks flavor and care.

First time we tried this restaurant in San Dimas. The food is Nepalese Indian food with Himalayan spices and it was very good. We enjoyed it and will definitely return. We ordered garlic naan, potato stuffed naan, Tikka masala, tandoori chicken, vindaloo, momo dumpling, pakora, and Tikka chicken (which was a little on the dry side).
The restaurant also has a retail store where they sell singing bowls, bronze Hindu statutes, incense, bongs and pipes and Himalayan clothing. The retail store was fun and interesting.

Had a Groupon deal from this place so we went there for an early dinner. Pretty decent Himalayan/Indian food. Had the lamb vindaloo, mixed grilled and Lamb Biryani. The vindaloo was good and a bit spicy. The mixed grilled is a bit dry and the biryani was a bit wet. All over it was decent. Our server was very tentative. The entire restaurant is decorated with Nepali native arts and statues.

We absolutely love this place! We've been coming here for years. Every bite is filled with amazing flavors. Whether it's the nasn, momo, saag paneer, chicken vindaloo, everything is always delicious!

Fantastic Nepalese spot. The veggie momos had the ideal wrapper-to-filling ratio and deep, savory flavor; I could have made a meal of them alone. Daal was comforting and delicious, chicken tikka masala came luxuriously creamy, and the eggplant-potato (Bhanta/Baingan Aloo) was my surprise favorite—rich, spiced, and addictive. Only miss: the raita skewed sweeter than my taste. Huge thanks to Sapana, whose attentive, kind service made the meal even better. Namaste!

The Himalayan Cafe is a small, really quaint place that serves up the tastiest food! We typically order their samosa, chicken tikka masala, chow mein, rice, and garlic naan. We always have leftovers. Their service is excellent.
