By far the worst service possible I ordered breakfast for my family total was $48 got home noticed items were missing called told them what happened said sorry we will refire it for you just stop by when you have a chance I sent my brother down as I was unavailable he called me back said the staff was rude and arrogant when I called to speak to a manager I got the same treatment I contact the corporate office and have the district manager contact me and offer me a free combo meal for $48 dollar order and treatment I received by your staff and your going to offer a combo meal that's worth no more then 15 bucks I'm sorry that is a slap in the face and rude I will definitely not be going back and advise anyone else to do the same to treat customers like this is wrong but to treat a vet like this is worst thanks for the 20% off but never again will I go here

This location had been good but lately the orders are wrong or the food is terrible. Point in case, spicy chicken sandwich served with what had to be a reheated piece of chicken because it was practically petrified. I had to toss it out, the dog didn't even eat it.

1/04/2025 around 11:12pm Jack in the Box San Dimas off Arrow Ave. Food was fine. Attendant named Juan was very rude. I had ordered a 7pc stuffed jalapeño, two regular tacos, and a chicken sandwich. I received one ranch and some ketchup. When I got to the window I paid for my order, then noticed one ranch and the ketchup in the bag. I asked for one more ranch and the attendant Juan was very disappointed and got angry and disgusted that I had asked for one more ranch to go with the 7pc jalapeño poppers which I only had received one. He replied in an upset manner….that will be an extra .25 cents! I said that’s fine, and Juan actually charged me the measly .25 cents and gave me the ranch. I’m stunned I’ve never experienced this at a fast food restaurant. Is management forcing their workers to nickel and dime their customers? If so shame on management and if not shame on Juan.

I was given two wrong orders and they offered the third and I said no I was very upset I was very hungry but I thought something was wrong with the way they took the orders or gave me wrong orders!

The staff are all pretty nice and efficient at their jobs. The only problems I have with this location are the odd hours they keep. I heard they do it to clean in-between shifts, but I SWEAR it's always at a different hour
It's been years since I've done to eat here. I tried a breakfast meal for my son. They burnt the French toast sticks and I can not have sugar. I got a diet coke but they gave me regular coke. Not a huge deal I took a big drink of the sugar coke before I found out

This place is exactly what you'd expect from this brand. They can be found almost everywhere in the continent. The people who continue to perform their duties at a rate not appropriate for their contribution to this company's profit. The food is what I expected. Pay someone to clean the area around the building to owners.
Vegetarian options: Not much not to base a mean of off
Dietary restrictions: No reason why people would desire this artificial, bad for anyone's daily diet, with no real nutritional value or reason why you should consume this.
Parking: Yes
Kid-friendliness: It's best to avoid these foods till the kids is an adult.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes will need help with the door if in wheel chair

We were using the cal ebt card and my friend didn't have hot food usage for the card so we couldn't get our food and we started pulling away and the nice lady called us back we put it in reverse and she said F- it you could have the food anyways Arrow and lone hill next to Arco that was so nice what a great emp promote her to the top of the food chain I say . Let her be manager or better yet dist manager regional manager. Like I once was for another corporation years ago
