I placed an order through Uber Eats. There’s no option to add ranch so i asked the driver to get some and apparently they charge for ranch now. So add it to the Uber Eats website.

Has to be mamangement failing their team. Ordered my food through their app at 10:45 and got it at 11:20 something.

My food was not hot. I ordered to go and had already left when I dug into the bag and didn't feel like going back. It was mostly clean but the man behind the counter wasn't very friendly. Too busy trying to multitask.

I walked in the other day first thing in the morning and the place was filthy. I walked in today with my family and the place smelled really bad and again was filthy.
If this is how nasty the restaurant is I can only imagine how gross the kitchen is.
We walked out and left.
We will no longer be eating at this Jack in the Box.

By far the worst service possible I ordered breakfast for my family total was $48 got home noticed items were missing called told them what happened said sorry we will refire it for you just stop by when you have a chance I sent my brother down as I was unavailable he called me back said the staff was rude and arrogant when I called to speak to a manager I got the same treatment I contact the corporate office and have the district manager contact me and offer me a free combo meal for $48 dollar order and treatment I received by your staff and your going to offer a combo meal that's worth no more then 15 bucks I'm sorry that is a slap in the face and rude I will definitely not be going back and advise anyone else to do the same to treat customers like this is wrong but to treat a vet like this is worst thanks for the 20% off but never again will I go here

This location had been good but lately the orders are wrong or the food is terrible. Point in case, spicy chicken sandwich served with what had to be a reheated piece of chicken because it was practically petrified. I had to toss it out, the dog didn't even eat it.

1/04/2025 around 11:12pm Jack in the Box San Dimas off Arrow Ave. Food was fine. Attendant named Juan was very rude. I had ordered a 7pc stuffed jalapeño, two regular tacos, and a chicken sandwich. I received one ranch and some ketchup. When I got to the window I paid for my order, then noticed one ranch and the ketchup in the bag. I asked for one more ranch and the attendant Juan was very disappointed and got angry and disgusted that I had asked for one more ranch to go with the 7pc jalapeño poppers which I only had received one. He replied in an upset manner….that will be an extra .25 cents! I said that’s fine, and Juan actually charged me the measly .25 cents and gave me the ranch. I’m stunned I’ve never experienced this at a fast food restaurant. Is management forcing their workers to nickel and dime their customers? If so shame on management and if not shame on Juan.
