The old lady was very rude. She insisted I use a kiosk monitor for my order and gave me attitude and almost refused to order for me after I couldn't find my order on the monitor. I had to say sorry to her for her mistake. Go to Cane’s or Popeyes; their service are at least 10 times better.

The price is a little high for chicken. I did not wait in line to get service. The service was okay. The place was clean. The parking was okay. The neighborhood was okay. It's not too hard to find. It was a little busy in there.???

You will wait up to 20 minutes penalty for wanting original instead of crispy. Plus manager says zero upgrade of any kind even if difference is payed. Are they all like this?

Standard KFC food. Got the 20 buck fill up box. The fries were really good, everything else was OK but nothing outstanding. It all was edible.

Just experienced the worst customer service at the drive thru. She was yelling so loud when I was ordering I don’t know what’s her problem but she needs to not be so rude when speaking to customers. Once I pulled up to the window I had given her my card since I have EBT the cashier usually inputs the numbers if I had to do it that was fine but the way she commanded “no you need to put the numbers” and told me to hold the card terminal. Not a please or thank you. Very upset. I spoke to the manager Marian or maria. She wasn’t very helpful at all.

I’m very disappointed with the price for 12 pieces of chicken being $30 and I just paid $20 prior for 8 piece so I’m getting charged $10 for four more pieces of chicken I am in outrage on these gouging prices Gouging prices, gouging prices… Colonel Sanders would be rolling in his grave to know that you guys are taking advantage of the people like this with these outrageous pricing…. I will not be getting chicken from KFC again…

Went in to get a barbecue chicken sandwich and they don’t make them anymore unfortunately. Had some nuggets. They were delicious a tad spicy, but really good. Haven’t been here for years. I will stop in again.

After 3 separate times now receiving old dried out hard original recipe chicken in my orders, this is my last time buying from this location. Not only was the chicken hard and only fit for the garbage can, even the biscuits were hard, not fresh! It's mind-boggling how an employee serves this up to patrons. You would think a supervisor is watching what's going on. It really seems like they pass this garbage off to drive-thu customers, knowing that the odds are they'll just deal with it. Or, not make the long drive back. I have to think if the owner knew this was going on. They would have something to say about it. Or, they can dismiss it and ultimately lose good customers to Popeyes that's right next door!!! I'm done!!
