Standard KFC food. Got the 20 buck fill up box. The fries were really good, everything else was OK but nothing outstanding. It all was edible.

Just experienced the worst customer service at the drive thru. She was yelling so loud when I was ordering I don’t know what’s her problem but she needs to not be so rude when speaking to customers. Once I pulled up to the window I had given her my card since I have EBT the cashier usually inputs the numbers if I had to do it that was fine but the way she commanded “no you need to put the numbers” and told me to hold the card terminal. Not a please or thank you. Very upset. I spoke to the manager Marian or maria. She wasn’t very helpful at all.

I’m very disappointed with the price for 12 pieces of chicken being $30 and I just paid $20 prior for 8 piece so I’m getting charged $10 for four more pieces of chicken I am in outrage on these gouging prices Gouging prices, gouging prices… Colonel Sanders would be rolling in his grave to know that you guys are taking advantage of the people like this with these outrageous pricing…. I will not be getting chicken from KFC again…

Let me start by saying that this is a very clean KFC,with the exception of one employee, I saw her grab her cleaning supplies to clean restrooms, when she was done she took her gloves off then started to work register and serve customer her food, I noticed that she didn't wash her hands I witnessed her giving customer her food, after customer left I confronted her about her actions, I asked her why she did not wash her hands after cleaning the restrooms she said she had double gloved and was very apologetic I said to her that was very unsanitary, her supervisor came and asked what the problem was I explained the whole situation to her. She also was very apologetic, I just looked at her and walked away I wish I would of got her name :(This happened at 1:00 11/10/23.So customers beware some don't wash hands after cleaning restrooms I will no longer vist that KFC.

Went in to get a barbecue chicken sandwich and they don’t make them anymore unfortunately. Had some nuggets. They were delicious a tad spicy, but really good. Haven’t been here for years. I will stop in again.

After 3 separate times now receiving old dried out hard original recipe chicken in my orders, this is my last time buying from this location. Not only was the chicken hard and only fit for the garbage can, even the biscuits were hard, not fresh! It's mind-boggling how an employee serves this up to patrons. You would think a supervisor is watching what's going on. It really seems like they pass this garbage off to drive-thu customers, knowing that the odds are they'll just deal with it. Or, not make the long drive back. I have to think if the owner knew this was going on. They would have something to say about it. Or, they can dismiss it and ultimately lose good customers to Popeyes that's right next door!!! I'm done!!

This Kentucky Chicken restaurant is the go to one in our area! Their chicken used from Gadsen Farm are juicy fresh and taste just as good as when we were kids. We tried other KCs even overseas and this one is the best. Would dhow the photos but we ate the chicken. So good juicy! Next time i will show the photos.

This KFC is one of the most honest establishment! My young son lost his wallet as he dined in his car after picking up food from this store and unfortunately he lost his wallet. He believed that when he stepped outside to throw his garbage out at the garbage can, he accidentally dropped it on the parking lot at night. He was so worried & concerned the he had to start calling banks & get a new license. Thankfully, the KFC supervisors angels looked into his wallet & noticed that he had insurance with an agent that had his same last name, which is me! They googled my information & called my office to ask if I had a son named Mitchell & if he lost his wallet. We notified him & he went to pick it up with relief. He told me that his wallet was intact & still had his 10 bucks in there. I just want to give a shout out & express my gratefulness to those KFC employees. I believe one of those kind angels was Maricela & there was one more lady that handed the wallet to my son & gave him good advice about keeping his wallet safe. Thank you so much ladies!! Us moms have to stick together And my son said their food was delicious and fresh!
