Great coffee, great service. Plenty of seating for both small and large groups. Not too noisy, soft music in the background. Two outlets for devices. Plenty of seating to get work done. There are a couple of tables outside as well. There’s also counter seating and plenty of parking in the free parking lot.

I haven’t been able to stomach Starbucks ever since I discovered this place. 😋

Disappointing visit.
My husband and I visited on Labor Day in the morning. There were five employees, two at the blenders talking, two making drinks and one by the side doing nothing. I wanted to try their Pumpkin Spice Latte since I’ve never had them here before but I left after we were left waiting for 5 min. The girl asked us to wait and then walked away to talk to the guy by the blenders. They left us waiting along with two other ladies. Not sure if I’ll give this place another chance.

They can do better with their customer service. If you’ve never been here before they just give you your coffee and look at you like you’re stupid and they assume you know that you’re supposed to put your own lid and get your own sleeve for the cup. Sometimes you get a receipt to make sure that you’re grabbing the right coffee and sometimes you don’t. Drink at your own risk…

Klatch’s high reviews are well deserved. The drinks are great which is obviously the bare minimum for a coffee shop. What stands out is the food and the service. Food is made to order and consistently excellent- my wife and I have tried almost everything on the menu at this point and not a single miss.

The service is also excellent- very kind and accommodating staff that are even flexible in resolving issues like payment and order errors.

The app is actually quite good but can apparently have some issues; that said, getting it resolved with the staff was effortless.

Very glad to have such a great coffee and breakfast spot in the neighborhood!

This is my new favorite breakfast place! I just moved to the area and tried Klatch for the first time in July 2025 and now I'm hooked. The regular coffee and lattes we've tried are all delicious (big fan of the caramel latte and patio shake!) & the breakfast sandwiches are amazing (I really like the breakfast croissant) and well worth the price. I highly recommend Klatch and see a lot of this place in my future!

Cute, clean coffee shop with great customer service and fabulous coffee! Got a couple lattes, one with Pumpkin, two w/Carmel, and a cold brew and everyone loved their drinks. Would definitely recommend them!

I ordered online. And they didn’t start even touching my order until about 15 minutes after I ordered. People who walked in after I even got there were out before I was out. They will not process your online order. They also move very slow slowly. The coffee is great, but Make sure you have time.

They want to charge for a sauce when you get a sandwich for $9 it doesn't make any sense!!!!
I didn't require any extra sauce I ask for 1 for the sandwich and she deny.
