Klatch Coffee San Dimas

They want to charge for a sauce when you get a sandwich for $9 it doesn't make any sense!!!!
I didn't require any extra sauce I ask for 1 for the sandwich and she deny.

Klatch was my daily go to spot for years but lately over the past several months their pour over machine has been constantly broken, to the point that I'm close to no longer considering klatch an option for pour over. Service and food are always good, but sadly not really a good choice for pour overs any longer.

Ordered a plain black coffee with an espresso shot and it tastes great! I just a cafe by how well their coffee tastes without any cream or sweetener, and this spot passes the test.

Stopped in here on a blind whim while trying to find coffee that isn't Starbucks. Very friendly staff, plenty of seating and a few nice soft chairs.

I came in on a Thursday afternoon after class at Cal Poly for the first time and I love this environment. Coffee tastes good maybe in the sweet side but nothing an extra shot of espresso can’t fix. Not too many students or people and it’s a quiet environment with PLENTY of sunlight ?

The food is freshly made and served hot, and the coffee is served in paper cups. The staff greets you from a distance as soon as you enter the store, and the customers enjoy their own conversations.
A lot of bagged coffee is also sold in the store, and the atmosphere is good.

However, the price of the food is a bit expensive and the taste is average.

Klatch is known as a quality coffee shop. The baristas at the espresso machine were super rude. I asked if the drink was made right but it wasn’t. I go to my home store in chino hills and they always go over the top to serve the best. Super sweet and friendly. But on the other hand, this store (San Dimas) was terrible with service and making quality drinks. I believe they missed an ingredient in their blending recipe in our drinks. Bleh. Tastes like water and burnt espresso. Why am I paying for such an expensive drink when it tastes like cheap coffee.
