Little Caesars Pizza

Absolutely disgusting how they got my order wrong and I ordered 1.5 hours before hand. Then the employees at the front was rude as ever after I had to wait additional time for them to remake my pizza. She had the nerve to get an attitude when I told her my order was wrong.

I got to say that this San Dimas spot is the best. They prepare and bake these pizzas with heart. I ate 1 too many slices because they are so delicious 😋 awesome job Little Ceasars Team 👏👏👏 💯

The young woman in front who helped me was so nice & polite & courteous. She was consistent with each customer making sure to acknowledge everyone. Her father came in I’m assuming maybe to pick her up soon & their relationship is so sweet, the whole team that shift seem to get along very well. Good energy. And it was clean. Usually when I go to a pizza place to pick up, I’d rather wait in car but this store felt comfortable enough to wait inside.

This place seems to have gone downhill the past few months. Undercooked doughy pizza, and even the cheese isn't melted at times. Thought it was a one time thing but its happened 3 times now. Won't be going back

I ordered 2 pizza from here and they both were burnt, I asked for a redo and then they gave me raw pizza. The manager came out upset saying" we can't keep doing this". Throwing out pizza. I won't be back...

Usually no issue with this place. But today got a pizza sliced awkwardly. And a little more sauce and less cheese than usual. I feel like this pizza was rushed. I hope it is a one off.

This Little Caesars Location used to be good. I've been coming to this location once or twice a week for the last 3 years. But recently I've seen a huge drop in the quality of food and they keep getting my orders wrong repeatedly and refusing to make it right. I've ordered a pepperoni pizza, and they keep giving me a plain cheese pizza, and they have done this 2 times in a row and wouldn't give me the right one when it was brought to their attention. So now they lost a customer. I definitely won't be coming back to this location! Hire some better employees who can actually read the orders correctly!
