The Manager Carl (if that's even his real name) working today did not know how to honor a gift card. When he was told this was unacceptable and he needed to figure something out and I would not leave without a pizza he threatened to call the police on me. I waited there for 15 minutes inside but no police. Short guy super hairy and miserable. I hope all of this was worth a 9$ pizza.

So I believe you close that 9 when they close early then The Times they have enlisted 2 to the fact of I came over here. I couldn't place an order online, I don't know if it's a glitch in the system or the have something down around our area but I came and drove all the way down here just for them. Tell me they don't have pizza cooked and they close at 9. But yet 20 minutes early, they already have the registered zone. Everything they don't wanna cook. They don't wanna do their job. And I'm speaking of today, is this my experience? So when they say 9 o'clock, they really mean 830 with the people that are working there to night.

I ordered my food an hour before I got it. I have never had to wait an hour for my food at a Little Caesars before. I was quite irritated at the unnecessary long wait. People that had arrived after me got their food before me. Never coming here again.

Emily and Robert are really rude there you'd expect to greet customers nicely and talk nice to the customers but no the way Emily can't handle under pressure here and Robert rolls his eyes at everyone , they act like we can't see or hear anything as a customer I wanted to be greeted but no not anything I like little Caesar's but please choose any other little Caesar's but here with their rude service

The service was terrible. The girl at the counter took my order and it was wrong. Charged my card then said it didn't go through even though I showed her that it did process on my end. I asked to speak to a manager.. a young kid came to the front. He said it didn't charge my card, I showed him my phone where I had my bank information stating it was in process which meant it did charge my card. I asked to speak to his manager he said he was the only manager then there was his boss the owner Jeff who wasn't around and did not take calls until Monday! Very disappointed and I wouldn't have continued with my order if I didn't have people at home waiting for the pizza. Then I see on my account that two orders were processing from Little Caesar's. Wrong order... over charged me... didn't get the order I placed and then charged me twice! Never will I go there again. Stop hiring these young kids that don't know what they are doing just because you can pay them less!! @jeffteague

I preordered online with no issues. Super easy. LC emailed me a pick up code. I came into the store, saw my order box and punched in my code. Easy peasy. I like the system. The pizzas are LC pizzas so you know what you’re getting.

I ordered off of Uber eats a beef, bell pepper, pineapple, mushroom pizza, when it came it was covered in pepperoni and those toppings and im extremely allergic to pepperoni. So of course I was annoyed but I also understand because I work in food service. What really irritated me was the call I had with the manager when I was explaining to him what happened with my pizza. As soon as I explained to him what had happen it was completely silent so I said "hello?" And he rudely replied saying he was checking my order. He said he couldn't have anyone bring me a new pizza but instead but me on a "refund list". But his attitude was beyond rude and it made me uncomfortable. I work in a restaurant and I know what good customer service is. All I'm saying is it shows when you don't like your job or don't care about and if that's the case don't put let it out on other people. It's the fact that I'm deadly allergic to pepperoni and it was the restaurants mistake and all he said was there's nothing I can do but give you a new pizza if you come in, no apology or anything. If the management isn't right in this place then nothing else will be running smoothly. Management needs to be checked!!!

Why do we come here? In short, price and speed. The food fit our needs for a picnic at the Santa Fe dam. Quick and easy vs having to BBQ. The quality is not great but you get what you pay for. The cashier was pretty friendly. She could show a bit more energy and smile but she was not rude or anything. The place looked clean from the front. We may be back.

If I could give a negative star I definitely would. This is the worst Little Caesars location in existence. Definitely my last time coming to this location. 4 messed up orders in 4 weeks. The staff is constantly playing around with each other in the back instead of doing the best job possible for the customer. Avoid this location at all costs.
