Went in to have lunch with my daughter. It was a pleasant experience and everyone who worked there was very professional and courteous
Parking: They have 3 reserved spots for curbside orders. Later in the evening open parking becomes more scarce because they share it with several other restaurants

My brownie had thick paper inbeded, they forgot to put chips and my $10 gift card from the brownie mishap from guest services didn't work.

Panera in Glendora is terrible. Ordered two soups and neither one had any decent flavor. The side of bread was thrown in the bottom on the bag and the latte machine was down, again. Learned it's best to drive to the La Verne location.

My dinner cost me $19 and it certainly didn't feel like $19 worth of food even by today's standards. I've only eaten maybe twice in my life in Panera. I really just wanted to try the cinnamon roll but didn't end up getting that because I needed a real dinner. The first time I ate in a PaneraI dined in at West Covina location and they left the bacon off my salad order. This time at SanDimas/Glendora location I ordered the half salad and half sandwich with the Green Goddess and Ciabatta Cheesesteak. The salad was decent and I made sure they put the bacon on it. But probably not worth $9. The Cheesesteak was absolutely gross 🤢 disgusting, because first of all barely any meat when you're expecting it to be thicker if they call it a Cheesesteak. And second, it was way way way way too sweet considering it's not supposed to be sweet at all, it's a savory sandwich. The grilled peppers and onions provide all the natural sweetness you need. This tasted like it was dipped in corn syrup and that was just plain gross.

What a wonderful experience dealing with Richard Burdett.
The third party delivery service in charged of my account cancelled my order without notifying me and Richard himself took care of everything, and deliver it personally. What a great human being and a wonderful customer service, we need more people like him running our food service industry.

Staff is unkind and miserable. Not one smile or greeting. Ignored people asking for help. It was the saddest Panera I have ever been to.

We were ordinary breakfast today. They never have hot chocolate here, at least through the drive, though we've been here multiple times. DON'T order a strawberry smoothie mines was literally just milk and plain yogurt with a spour taste. We asked for ketchup for our sandwich, and they didn't offer any.

They did not complete our order and took FOREVER for just a few items. There was not even a line ahead of us. Another family member noticed because they were too busy laughing and chitchatting.
Parking wasn't so bad
Atmosphere looked cozy but smelled a bit of an ashtray maybe due to the transients. Maybe will try the drive thru next time since seemed as though they were not prioritizing in restaurant orders

I had a pretty good experience here. I can tell you I was actually worried since it has been years since I’ve been back to a Panera Bread. For those that don’t know you can get breakfast, sandwich, salad, bagels and much more here. When I arrived there were two machines where I can self order. There was also a gentleman that was extremely nice and helpful that mentioned that if we were to order something from the lunch menu, it would only be through them and not the two kiosks.
Me and my family gave a few items a try, the bacon egg and cheese croissant, the lunch pick two, apple salad and the steak ciabatta, and the Steel Oat Oatmeal. Surprisingly everything was pretty good, as I have not remembered any of the food we have tried from the past. I believe the best thing was that the cost was under $40, where most breakfast places would be $40 and above.
The place looked clean, and the AC was blasting(which I like) and there was plenty of seating inside or outside. I would come back again and try other locations more close to me in the future. Until next time!

Even though food may be a bit pricey, it doesn't mean that service is pricey. Staff is nice no matter who you are, and at least you don't need to beg the staff for a code to the restroom, which are the cleanest restrooms within a mile. Thank you for the courteous staff. I would pay extra for my meals for the courteousness.
