LONG WAIT TIME, EVEN FOR ONLINE ORDER

This is the second time I had ordered from this location via the app with the order option set to “soon”. The order was placed around 11:43 so give or take 30-45 minutes before possible lunch rush. When I walked in, there was one other person placing an order and another person waiting on their food. The staff said that they were still waiting on the chicken, saying that there is no original chicken. I finally got my food around 12:18 and within the 35 minutes, about 6-8 more people had walked in and one other person who had placed an online order. I do not think the cook time for chicken should last 30 or so minutes and I do not think they should have even been out of chicken. Photo below shows when the order was placed and the time I got into my vehicle. It’s likely faster to just order from the KFC beside it.

This is standard Popeyes. Just remember the exact verbiage on the promotions. You may have to speak to an actual person to get the promotiion if you don't.

Every time I order from here, something is always missing from my order and most of the workers seem like they're being bothered that you even ordered in the first place. Whenever I have a craving and the time, I prefer to drive to the Covina location because it's a much better experience. I hope these young kids know that serving, even at a fast food chain, can get you recruited for better jobs. Business owners notice your behavior--when you are doing a good job, you're accurate, consistent and pleasant. Hope the service gets better.

I was really looking forward to the chicken wraps and I was VERY disappointed. The food was cold, couldn't get my order correctly, and you would think the pace would be more attentive considering it's fast food. No motivation coming from the young manager.

I went in to use my app for the three-piece for $8.24.
I gave my phone to the attendant she asked do you want to use this I said yes please. She took the number from my phone. However she charged me
Over $13. Later when I looked at the bill and questioned her she said that's in online app you can't use it in the store I gave you a little bit of a discount. why am I supposed to bring this to you? And why if I was supposed to order it online did you not tell me that? She was extremely aggressive. So much so that the people behind me in line to order said they thought that that was extremely deceptive and they would not eat in a place that treat a customers like that. Why am I supposed to take my phone with the code to them to reduce the meal if it's something I was supposed to order online. Second time it's happened in the San dimas location.

I was so disappointed in this Popeyes today
Went there to get the big box special when the lady rang up my order it came to 8 dollars and some change I asked how is 8 dollars when the the big box is 6:99 well your supposed to get a leg and a thigh and two sides so I ordered beans and rice and Mac and cheese they charge an additional.50 cents for the Mac and cheese so basically you only get 1 side with meal and I got 2 of the smallest drumsticks they could find so beware of this if you order the big box and want Mac and cheese… and also this false advertisement for this special 😡

they have one of those ai chat bots answering here now.... it asked what sauce i wanted for my meal then charged me for it, after choosing a different option that it gave me... and they forgot to give me my drink and i didn't realize til i got home.

Good Popeyes Location.
Crews are super friendly n professional. Especially who takes my order Mrs. Sarah.

Food Tastes like Real Popeyes. Warm FOODS, Right way to cook Rice n Beans.

One con is BathRoom.
Water pressure is weak, hard to wash hands.

I highly recommend here if you love Popeyes.

Horrible place for real if your gonna order from here don't because I did my order told me wat time it'll be ready and wen I got there it wasn't ready told me to wait 10 minutes and still not ready I got to work n already my time for lunch was over so I couldn't have lunch horrible Popeyes

As a delivery driver, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. When I arrived, I showed my order screen to a male server. He looked at it but didn’t respond, instead staying busy with other tasks and chatting with other servers. During this time, two more customers came in to pick up their orders, and their food was prepared quickly. Meanwhile, my order remained unattended.

When I tried to ask, in my limited English, why my order was not ready, the male server gave me a disdainful look. To make things worse, I checked my phone and saw that the order had already exceeded the time limit. As delivery drivers, if an order is late, we risk complaints from both the platform and the customers, which can negatively affect our work. Our time is valuable too, but this restaurant completely disregarded that.

This experience made me feel discriminated against, especially since it seemed my race and status as a delivery driver were the reasons for the unfair treatment. In the service industry, everyone deserves to be treated equally. I hope other customers realize the unfairness at this restaurant. I do not recommend dining or ordering from here.
