Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I have not been to a Red Robin in quite awhile after a very poor experience. I recently visited this Red Robin and was delighted to see such friendly people eager to help. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a very friendly hello from the host and seated immediately. Our server Bella was fantastic with a playful personality making our meal special and enjoyable. The food was hot and delicious. We look forward to returning and enjoying another delicious meal. I am glad to see that some restaurants still go out of their way to make your dining experience memorable.

Pick up service is a little hit or miss. Sometimes they're on it, other times you stand at the counter and no one acknowledges your existence. Food is generally made to order and good.

Service started out really good, then ended up slow. Food took too long and we waited too long for the check. Could have been four stars if not so slow.

Totally recommend this location. Server Madison was spectacular!!! Food,appetizers, main meal fish and chips, chicken Salad ,deep fried pickles, mozzarella sticks. All amazing!!!

Great place for a nice dinner. Good atmosphere and great food. We had to wait for ten minutes to be seated, but it was worth the wait. Maddy was our server, and really, did a wonderful job . Will go there again for sure .

We had a fabulous server, Romeo. He was so friendly and took care of our table and made a birthday celebration so special. Sometimes the service is even better than the food. We will certainly be back.

My mom (94 year young) and I came in for burgers and fries and since my mom loves fries they have an endless offer. I prefer burgers in a restaurant over fast food and this didn't disappoint. Fries are steak fries so it wasn't exactly to her liking but real good nonetheless. Prices little high for what you get but no real complaint. Service was perfect.

This place is usually busy. Wait staff is super friendly, but there needs to be more of them. Meal portions are outstanding.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Free crayons and colorable placemats. Great kids meal options.
