Ordered an iced lavender matcha today. The barista was kinda sour. She quickly threw it together barely shook it. It had matcha chunks and a tinny dot of the lavender foam. The drink didn’t look or taste good or like it had lavender to be honest. My food took way too long for an empty cafe and drive thru.I know I should have said something but I didn’t want to interact with her again :(11 am she was wearing stripes and short hair. I think she’s the one the bad reviews are talking about.

This Starbucks holds a special place in my heart.It’s very cozy and cute because it’s tucked in a little downtown area of San dimas and has brick aesthetics.Coffee is just Starbucks mid stuff.

Went there this morning to grab 3 venti ice water. Was willing to pay and I was extremely patient when she said it would be a couple of minutes because they had to get some stuff out before. Totally understandable, I told her not a problem and stood to the side 20 minutes later I see ice waters being made and put out to be polite I asked are those mine and she looks at me annoyed and says no! It’s gonna be a couple more minutes. I walked out. There’s no need to be rude if my request for water is wasting there time just tell me I’m sorry we’re busy we can’t right now I would have understood but when someone is being kind to you and not talking to you in a disrespectful way there is no need to be rude!

My favorite Starbucks of them ALL! I do in-home care so I am a traveling therapist and get my coffee breaks. This Starbucks is always friendly and their restrooms are always available for a traveling worker, like myself. And my drink is always amazing. Thank you ?

had questions regarding some fancy coffe that i cannot even pronounce, my man DAVID for the WIN. He helped me understand what type of vanilla, oatmeal, expresso, and how it might taste etc. Honestly 5 Star Service, David you too good for starbucks my man. This is how i started this review...Please read it allI've said many times in my reviews that when it comes to Starbucks, they are all the same.... it's the staff that make them individually better.Well, this one has such a bad vibe from the second you walk in... After ordering a americano I used the restroom .. By the time I realized they had no toilet paper it was to late . The dead had been done . After trying to get someone's attention , anyone's attention for some paper to clean myself . I had to raise my voice in order to get someone's attention yelling " toilet paper , I need toilet paper !" A barista responded with . " can you tone it down sir " knowing my call for help had been heard I replied . " can you throw me a roll of toilet paper "I' was in shock when she responded with " no sir , I'm going to ask you to leave .. " I could only laugh and say " I need paper to clean myself miss" ... frustrated with the dirty bathroom and lack of help I exited the bathroom and hurried into another to clean myself . By then the local San Dimas sharif was waiting for me . To ask to exit premises " after some local dialogue and laughs the sheriff and I agreed with I had done nothing wrong .,however since the barista feeling had been jeopardized from me yelling for help in bathroom . The sheriff and I shook hands as I left premises.. .... I'm mellow and don't like conflict so I left . Butt I'm in disbelief the sheriff had to be called for me just trying to use the restroom.. shame on Starbucks for wasting local resources . Barista can have a clean bathroom stocked with necessary amenities if you are going offer customers a restroom

Very nice staff. I ran about 10 miles, walked in and wanted an iced tea lemonade because it was so hot. I tried paying with my Apple Pay but wasn’t working. The cashier Sammy felt bad for me and gave me the drink! I was soo thankful.
