Usually the service is good. However, today I ordered my drink inside not to mentioned it wasn't busy in there. Waited for a good 10 mins maybe more for my drink. The guy at the counter asked another lady beside me what she had ordered and made her drink first. First off, I was there before her and I had to ask where is mines for him to say that he doesn't see my name! Lol, like I wasn’t just sitting there for my health. Didn’t appreciate that at all!

This is like...the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. I ordered on the app and everything was ready pretty much instantaneously. Then when I went in to pick up, everyone was smiling and welcoming me. I'm from New England, where we're all miserable and don't talk to strangers so it was actually kind of weird. They looked legitimately happy to be there and doing their jobs. I'm so confused.

Ordered two drink and both did not taste good. The brown sugar shaken espresso did not taste sweet and had a lot sediment? I have not experienced this before with this drink. The second cold brew caramel foam did not taste good either. Again drinks i have had before What is going on?

I tried the double bacon egg breakfast sandwich - I prefer the bacon Gouda one much more.But the frappuccino was made to perfection❤️

Any Starbucks you walk into will be a reflection of the manager, shift supervisor and of course the DM. I managed a Starbucks for years. And also have been an avid dedicated customer for well over 10 years. Every person that works here - it seems like they don't like their job. Dismissive , no eye contact , absolutely no warmth. I'm sure not any of these baristas or shifts even know Starbucks mission statement. I had to also ask for a few things more than once - sriracha for my egg bites - and a spoon. When i asked for a nitro lid for my drink, the barista had an attitude. Just terrible for business - I sincerely understand life is hard and can be heavy - whoever is running this particular store. It's obvious they don't give AF I won't be back here - way too many wonderfully tan Starbucks to choose from. Sending this location love and light

I'm really disappointed with my recent visits to Starbucks, especially this specific store. Not only are they charging 20 cents more per cup than nearby stores, but they're also serving noticeably less drink. It's frustrating to see cars in front of me receiving cups with less content, filled to the brim with ice. This isn't the quality and value I expect from Starbucks.

Expensive drinks! Try the no calorie passion tea if you want a no sugar drink! Go light on water & use stevia if you want some more Sweetness! One of few drinks besides straight coffee with no sugar in it! San Dimas, CA store moved from the small store by Boston Market across the street into the previous Burger King building & now has a drive thru & a huge interior with many seats! See new photos. 11/27/2022 see photo of my sandwich I purchased today! It was nothing like the Starbucks picture & was much worse that one I purchased last year. Cheese only at one end. Starbucks has false advertising on at least this sandwich! Their picture shows a sandwich with at least 1/4" thick of filling, when in fact the bread is touching with nothing sticking out!For the price of this hallow sandwich I could have gotten a foot long at Subway, Panera or Jersey Mike's! Or a complete meal at In-N-Out Burger! Live & learn! Change their point system again never benefits the customer! Still no salads on the menu! Today August 17th 2023 ordered a grilled cheese online using My stars & when I got to the restaurant they said they were out! I had driven by another Starbucks on the way home from the movie but didn't want to stop there cuz I wanted my sandwich to be warm when I got home! You think they could have their inventory system correct or online ordering! Used to be able to get a sandwich for 200 stars then they change their program and now it's 300 stars every time they change their program the customer gets screwed good!
