Laly and Brandy were SUPER RUDE and have the worst attitude ever and customer service. I wish the manager was there as I wanted to report them so nobody would have the same terrible experience. I’m not sure that was their name or they had some other baristas names but this happened today 2/8/2026 at 11:35 AM. When First off, she said that the blender is not working and what she doesn’t know that my friend just had his Frappuccino drive through. Also, when my kids were asking her questions about the drinks she was so grumpy and mistreating them. I didn’t want to make a big deal and I said maybe she’s having a bad day which is not an excuse to mistreat kids. Then when my friend came with her kids, Laly and Brandy were so rude and when my friend asked her why are you so rude to the kids and us and wanted to talk to the manager. Laly said the manager is not here. We decided to leave and didn’t want to ruin our day because of someone is being SO RIDE. This is NOT the culture or the vibes for Starbucks and I’m shocked. I would definitely report them to the corporate and will make sure that her manager is aware of this incident. Come on! These are kids, and we’re customers, if you don’t know how to deal with people you shouldn’t be working in this place. Such A TERRIBLE experience!!!

Waited almost 40 minutes in the drive thru Saturday at 2 pm. Supper disappointed with the coffee quality taste as well.

Used to love coming to this Starbucks but the quality has seriously gone down hill to the point where I rarely order a drink anymore. The drinks always taste off like the coffee is bad. I’ve had to ask drinks be remade a few times. Rachel is the only one who seems to get them made the way we like them.

It's not the first time they get our orders wrong but this time it was just disappointing. One of our drinks was supposed to be an iced Mocha just like in the tag on the cup but they made a caramel drink. We got with a barista and asked nicely if they could replace the drink as that was not what we had ordered. Second drink replaced was again a Caramel drink with even more caramel drizzle on it. Very frustrating paying for an overly prized coffee and still not getting it correct a second time.

Was in the drive thru and purchased a venti drink and water. Went back and hour later and asked for another cup of water and I’m assuming the manager wanted to see my receipt and was rude about giving me another cup of water. I’m a daily Starbucks customer and I use my app religiously. To treat customers this way for a cup of water is extremely rude. Bad service and I’ll never come here again
Poor quality service, the barista just isn't paying attention or listening and its creating delays
The associates at the evening shift are not friendly at all pretty rude. Can’t even look at you when taking the order

First time going to this location, and I got a pumpkin spice latte, worst drink I ever had there ever. At first it tasted kinda good, but then it tasted very watered down. Probably was just tasting all the whipped cream at first. I didn’t even finished it, wasted $7, sucks because I live around the corner too

Only accepting mobile orders because their system was down. They wouldn’t let us use the restrooms either. Took quite a while to get our order once placed. Not impressed.

Had a hard time. I Was waiting at counter for 5 min w out any service. Then an employee jumps in front of me to ask for ice and water in personal cup and they took care of her and started talking about there day leaving me still standing there to pick up a mobile order I should have been in and out. The employees were just spining in circles. Not caring there was anyone waiting. This isn't high-school it's a job

Don't stumble your order or by accident. Funny I humbly apologized when I recvd my drink. After receiving the last one I could hear the staff the one who took my order and the one who was making drinks to say I was an idiot. The other chimed in and said yeah she looks like it. This is what youll pay and the taste was meh but probably bc of the horrible treatment and terribly mean face I got today at 620ish pm. I'd hate to find out what they'd do to your drink if you make them mad on accident!!!! Never again. If you're so smart you should have thought your actions out before acting them out, ladies! It feels horrible.
Cold Coffee taste very nasty ...Cold Coffe ...I have to ask again for a hot Coffee ☕️ Second one is warm ...Come on now...made my way to panera to get Some Coffee.
More cream than coffee PAID FOR TRENTA. Put hella ice too and didn’t even fill it to the top with coffee so greedy the workers here when we give their paycheck for business
