See, normally i wouldnt write reviews for a sandwich chain... but i felt like this was a place that I needed to review. The person who took my order was this young lady named Diana. She was so kind and attentive not to mention very personable, as we had a great conversation. She was also very helpful because she was very knowledgeable about the different options. All of the subways in Irvine and OC in general are a joke because a lot of them have terrible customer service but Diana was the first good Subway employee in a while. Will continue to come back whenever I'm in the area.

Placed online order specified in the special intruction box to toast 2 of 3 footings..got home and not 1 of them toasted. Called the phone number listed and can't get through not a working number. When u went to pick it up the store was probably about 90 degrees inside. I will not be going to this location again..

This subway and I have a long history I'll be as bold as to say I worked for the original owner in 04 I don't really have anything bad to say about visits to this one the staff is always nice and puts out a good product I come her on occasion i have a routine reason to be in the area Soo I generally grab a bite when I'm close

This Subway seems to always have meatballs where the others in the area always seem to be out. On top of this, Martha was very pleasant and was very detail oriented....what I mean on this is we got meatballs in a bowl and a little sause was on the lid. Most places wouldn't do anything about that but Matha wiped the lid to ensure it was clean. I just live the attention to detail. This will be my goto for my son's food.
I love subway. The prices have gone up slightly but I figured out it was because they changed their menu, and the higher prices are from their new sandwiches. They still have the classic sandwiches for cheaper. Thus particular location is usually fast and very clean. The staff could be more friendly. Sometimes the owner is there, he is super nice. Anyways I never have to wait. That's a plus, cause most subways have a wait time.
