Sandwich prepper sweet. Conflict with gift card, rudely/indifferently handled by manager. I would NEVER have gone if I didn't have a gift card. Not sure I'm gonna pursue reconciling issue.

By my lonesome picking up 2 sandwiches that were ordered ahead. 2 morning managers behind the counter chatting it up. Waited patiently and assumed orders were done. But no it's not! Took me 20 minutes of waiting. That's not proper. Re-train them.

The restaurant in Laverne recently was remodeled during the remodel. They replaced the sea through glass section over the meat and cheese with a stainless steel cover. I cannot see if the food I'm going to get in my sandwiches. Number one fresh number two, the correct item that I ask for before they pile lettuce and tomato or other continents on top..There were 4 other people in line at the time. I was getting my sandwiches that agreed with me. They don't like the fact that they can't see the food. I will never go back to this restaurant. There are too many other number one Subway Sandwich shops with glass. See through sections at the meat, and there are hundreds of other restaurants that you see them preparing your food. That has been a Hallmark of Subway sandwiches forever. You see what you're getting before? They put it in your Sandwich.
