The food my wife and I ordered was very tasty, fresh, and well prepared. Our servers were also very attentive and polite from beginning to end. The ambiance, seating, and overall experience are enjoyable here. We'll be coming back to this local sushi spot again in the near future.

My husband & our friends enjoy eating at Sushiya. The sushi here always tastes fresh. The ramen here is also delicious. Sushiya is a great place to go with friends to eat & drink. They have some of nicest servers. Shoutout to Julius for giving great service!

A Casual Gem with Artistic Flair
I recently had an absolutely outstanding meal at Sushiya in San Dimas, and I left feeling thoroughly impressed. This restaurant truly sets itself apart, and it’s clear that the entire staff takes immense pride in the quality and presentation of their offerings. The atmosphere contributes to the positive experience, offering a casual and relaxed mood that makes it perfect for a weeknight dinner or a leisurely lunch. The decor is both interesting and unique, featuring artistic touches and elements that give the space a warm, inviting personality distinct from typical sushi spots.
I ordered the Bento Box with Beef Teriyaki, and it was a superb choice. What immediately caught my eye was the beautiful, meticulous arrangement of every item. It wasn't just food; it was a carefully composed piece of culinary art. The vibrant colors and careful placement of the rice, salad, and sides within the bento compartment showed a dedication to aesthetics that genuinely enhanced the overall dining experience.
But the excellence didn't stop at the visuals. The portion size was very generous, offering tremendous value for the price. More importantly, the flavor was exceptional. The Beef Teriyaki was tender, perfectly cooked, and coated in a rich, savory sauce that hit all the right notes. Every component of the box—from the crisp texture of the tempura to the freshness of the accompanying salad—was delicious and prepared with care. It wasn't just a satisfying meal; it was a truly flavorful one.
Sushiya delivers a fantastic experience: unique decor, a comfortable atmosphere, beautiful presentation, satisfying portions, and unforgettable flavor. If you're looking for quality Japanese cuisine that shows a real passion for cooking and serving, Sushiya in San Dimas is a must-try. I highly recommend stopping by for a delightful meal!

Definitely a great spot for a date night. The decor was beautiful and the food was amazing. Their bento box alone was very filling, carefully crafted and best of all delicious.
Make sure to make a reservation before arriving and get there early to find a good parking spot if you plan to go on the weekend.
Lastly, only small gripe, was that I wished the servers would've asked to see how we doing or that they never refilled my water. I still think they did ok just a bit rushed or were more worried about closing up and cleaning.

This is definitely our favorite spot for sushi and ramen. We're happy to make the drive because we know the quality is always excellent. The food is consistently fresh, and the sushi is particularly exceptional.
We like the sashimi couples combo. The lunch Bento box is surprisingly good with fresh salad and tasty gyoza. Uni pasta was OK.
Waiter was super patient as we are deciding through items

Love this little gem at San Dimas and the young waitress has been so great. She offered to take photo for us and also gave us the Bday fried ice cream for Bday special. We ere there to celebrate my sister Bday and had a blast enjoying the food and decor very much.
