Love the drink and also the accommodation for milk substitute. Excellent and friendly services by staff. The ambiance is nice with games and tables/chairs while waiting. Fast services also.
The store is located inside a plaza with many stores but it's a very big parking lot. Didn't have trouble finding parking.I tried the green milk tea with boba. I love that they use organic teas and I could taste the tea and not masked by sugar and cream. The boba was a nice chewy consistency. Good drink.Staff was friendly. They have indoor seating. And I noticed a shelf with a few games if you wanted to hang out there for a little bit seemed like a nice little spot.

Really good boba spot and right by a costco! The hojicha is very rich and has a deep flavor. A lot of hojicha places don't taste strong or are too milky for me. I actually taste the tea in this milk tea! The boba itself is okay, not as chewy or fresh as I usually like it but the hojicha itself made up for it in taste. The lavender milk tea (I got it with oat milk) was nice and floral. Not potpourri floral but definitely fragrant. I would probably want to try their lavender lemonade...read full review
