The Habit Burger Grill

We used to love eating here. The manager or front end guy was rude and short with people. They were understaffed. Three people were working on a Friday night. He kept telling everyone to go use the kiosk. Waited an extremely long time for the food.

Food, service, and atmosphere are all good, but I knocked stars off for pricing policy. I spent close to $50 on a meal and was charged $0.57 for a very small side of ranch.
I regularly go to the Habit location in La Verne, and they have never charged me for a small side of sauce, so this felt unnecessary and a bit nickel-and-diming — especially at these prices.
Nothing wrong with the food or staff, but policies like this make a difference, and I’ll probably keep going to the La Verne location instead

Seats are filthy
Habit staff your restaurants with the right amount of people. Will not be returning since this location prioritizes their bottom line over customer experience.

Delicious hamburgers and sandwiches and reasonably priced tempura green beans! Great Tuesday specials! Today they had spent $8 and get a free teriyaki burger. The teriyaki burger hat grilled pineapple slice in it. It was delicious!

I love Habit burgers but my last 2 orders were messed up, I ordered a teriyaki burger and got a regular burger and then payed extra for bacon on a 2nd burger and they didn't put bacon on it, they also fail to cook them well done when requested, maybe because they just opened their new store on Azusa Ave but I hope they get it together.

Fantastic grilled chicken Cobb salad! Well-made and fresh with plenty of avocado, chicken, eggs, bacon and more. Probably the best one I've had at Habit Burger. But I only gave four stars because the cheap plastic fork broke. That's dangerous! I noticed it as I was taking a bite and could have swallowed it or choked on it. They need to invest in better plastic cutlery. Other than that, it was great.

Came today for a kids meal and asked for a ranch because I ordered onion rings and I was told that it’s .66 cents! However if u order a regular meal with onion rings that provide the ranch! Hmmmm, just pissed me off

Ordered a grilled ahi paid for avacado but it was omitted from the delivery order. Tried to call but no one answered the phone. I used to order from here a lot and I get it it has been a while. You would figure the minimum wage increase would provide better service but man have they gone down hill. The avacado is an extra charge by the way.

They have the best lettuce wrapped grilled chicken sandwich!

The food was ok--I still prefer my lettuce not chopped...but In-n-Out was closed today (Easter).
Uh, the tables in the restaurant needed wiping down. Hmm, maybe the self-order kiosk will be able to do that in the near future...
