I ordered a pizza that was both burnt and undercooked. When I called to report the issue, I was informed by a female staff member that there was no manager on duty. She mentioned the owner would be contacted when time permits, as they were too busy to address the matter. She also suggested I contact the third-party delivery service, providing me with a number that turned out to be the same one I had already called.
In the end, I felt the only option was to go there in person to get my money back, as nothing was resolved over the phone. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not worth the money. I expected better service and quality for the price.
