Margot's ice cream parlor is a winner! They serve Lappet's ice cream which originated in Hawaii. The ice cream is delicious and the prices are Margot's are very reasonable allowing you to indulge if you so desire.
Accidentally discovered this place while viewing the old building/ state park and loved it! We’ve come back a few times since discovering, the ice cream is delicious, I wish the scoops had just a little more ice cream so it fills the bottom of the cone however the portions aren’t horrible! Delicious ice cream. Really cute parlor. Taylor, our icecreamologist was super sweet and made it a great experience. Everyone passing thru to the coast or from the coast, should definitely stop in. Very rare flavors. Got to sample alot of them!! Parking can be difficult on busy weekends.
