FYI this is not a sit-down cafe. It is just a bakery (and a reallly good one!). You can pick up any of their baked goods here. Their cafe (with coffee eggs hot food etc) is in Atascadero.
After trying all the bakeries in the area, Back Porch Bakery remains number 1. It is nice getting their products at Coastal Peaks or other local businesses (with espresso), but ordering early for a family event and picking up at the shop is much better!
Parking: Small lot, but people don't stay for very long. Street parking is available too.

This is for the SLO bakery. You walk up to the door and make your order there. There is no store front, just order at the door. All the pastry was amazing. We got almond croissants, pan de chocolate, regular croissants, cinnamon twists, and a baguette. All were very tasty! The employee showed us the price list and a QR code for venmo.
