Delicious sushi bowl and super friendly service from a husband and wife team!!! Everything was fresh and crafted with care. I got the big wave sushi bowl with tuna and the white tuna nigiri, which was torched and “dressed”. Highly recommend both!!! SLO foodies rejoice! Also, the value was great - the pictured meal was $26. Will be following this truck around for the foreseeable future. 😋

I didn’t get a great photo because I had to dive right in… but trust me when I tell you, best in town. And if you like wasabi… get their wasabi mayo… it’s a must!

Finally had a chance to give these guys a try. They did not disappoint. I tried the tataki bowl and 2 bao. Fish was extremely fresh, everything was seasoned beautifully and the service was on point. It's in the details. Black rice w/ wasabi cream, even the carrots (which I usually avoid) were fantastic. Top marks! We will track you down again.

Once you go big wave you will never go back!!!! I can’t even consider getting poké anywhere else ever since I’ve had theirs. Not only is their poké amazing, but they have specials daily and each are equally incredible! Plus, the owners are the nicest people ever and so easy to support! Fingers crossed they eventually open up a permanent spot since it can be hard to follow them around throughout the work week :)
