Our first time here we tried each of the vegan boa offered. So delicious! Locally owned with an option to join a kimchi club where they deliver vegan kimchi to your house or office!

Favorite place in the public market! Always have a great menu and selection of snacks

Wish I found this place sooner!! Amazing especially if you are vegetarian.

Love love love the bao. The flavors are so creative and absolutely delicious. I love seeing the owners in every visit. They have such a great collection of snacks, sides and treats. I could live off of Philly cheese steaks, breakfast bao and turtle chips. Seriously such a great stop and being in the market means lots of options for everyone in your group (though they are 100% crazy if they pass up a single bao).
Absolutely fantastic and such a great addition to the community.

Parking: Lots of parking and a huge supercharger.

Ordered Avocado bowl with rice, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños and sauce. Also garlic green beans. Both very excellent with portions for two to share. Really tasty. Great personal service too. Common eating area worked well. Highly Recommend!

Visited with my boyfriend for the first time today! The food was amazing, and they had a great selection of snacks and sweets too! The owner was incredibly friendly :) we will be back

Very good food experience. Service is efficient. The killer menu item is the Grilled Cheese, I’m craving it and it deserves many return visits. Quality ingredients. Line can be longer during busy times.

Ordered a couple bao buns and spicy squid snack - everything was delicious!The line and wait is a little long, but they had to story 2 playing in the background which helped pass the time with our little one.Recommend

Vegetarian options: Snacks like spicy squid and tots, mushroom bao was excellent

Stopped by for lunch on Saturday, had a delicious spicy shrimp sandwich.

Great service and selection! Super helpful and friendly staff and bonus mini fridge of takeout kimchi containers (in traditional and low spice options) bought a couple extra just to have and they were perfect!

LOVE Bing’s Bao Buns. We’ve been going at least twice a month ever since they opened at SLO Public Market. So much love is put into their food and they are so consistently delicious. Their ingredients are mostly sourced locally and have the highest quality.I’m so impressed with the owners. They are so communicative and such a great small business that wants to deliver quality meals at the right value.Support them!
