Reluctant to be a customer because often disappointed by inconsistent availability of food (they run out, are closed, or only have some things available select days only). Have tried to patronize but find it not user friendly.

I LOVE Bing's Bao Buns. Growing up in a Chinese family, I was raised on bao. And Bing's bao is honestly my favorite I've ever had, anywhere.
First, I love the bun thickness to fillings ratio--it's exactly how I personally like them, with the bun not so thick that it overwhelms the flavor of the filling.
Second, I love that Bing's always offers a variety of plant-based options for both their bao and additional menu items, including Kimchi Fried Rice. Whether you are vegan, or vegetarian, or not, their plant-based options are just as flavorful and satisfying as anything on their menu.
Third, Bing's offers so many amazing items, beyond bao, including Lo Mein Noodles and Tater Tots. I highly recommend the Bing's Seasoning edition of the Tater Tots. It has a very tasty and memorable kick, without being too spicy for those who can't tolerate too much.
And on top of all of that, Bing's always has the best customer service. They make you feel truly appreciated for your patronage, and that is important. They are family-owned, and personally, I love getting to support high-quality businesses that are.
Plus, they have a wide selection of cool imported snacks, and a wide selection of tasty mochi too, including vegan mochi. I feel they go above and beyond at what they do, and are such a true gem in our Central California Coast. In all of my bao from D.C. to SoCal, I still love the ones here at Bing's in San Luis Obispo the best.

The girl at the counter was super accommodating and suggested different ways to make things for my picky child.
The Ramen fried rice was flavorful and delicious
The hours were posted on the website.
They also had some really cool Korean snacks like corn and butter flavored Cheetos.
Super filling and yummy!

O....M....G....I have found the perfect Bao Bun restaurant. I am absolutely in heaven. Unfortunately, it is about 850 miles away from home. If you ever cruise through San Louis Obispo, also known as SLO, this stop is a must. Surrounded by a bunch of food and small businesses in a great marketplace, this is perfection. Make sure you look up their hours as they can be a bit erratic, but wow....just wow.

Unfortunately I can't give you a review of the food. I went here three times because I heard that they had great sesame noodles. The first time, they were closed because they just close one day out of the week; the next time, they were closed because they close at 4:00 p.m. everyday; the third time, I finally caught them open but was informed that they don't offer the sesame noodles on that particular day. If you want to try the sesame noodles here, you will have to arrive Thursday through Friday before 4:00 p.m. Good luck!

Whenever I find myself in SLO, a visit to Bing’s Bao Buns is an absolute must. What I originally thought would be a one-time stop turned into a full-blown obsession after just one bite! Everything I’ve ordered has been bursting with flavor and made with care.
I’ve sampled a good portion of their menu, and honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of it. But if I had to narrow it down, my top picks would be: their incredible house-made bao buns (obviously), any of their rich, comforting ramen bowls, and the unforgettable Mayak Avocado. Each dish has blown me away—it’s rare to find a spot that nails it every single time. Oh, and don’t leave without grabbing a container of their spicy kimchi to-go. You’ll thank me later.
Beyond the food, the vibe at Bing’s is warm and inviting. The staff is always friendly, especially the person at the counter who never fails to brighten the experience. I also love browsing the unique snacks and goodies they have on display—you’ll find treats you’d never see at your typical grocery store.
All in all, Bing’s Bao Buns is one of those rare gems that I’ll keep coming back to. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
So good! I loved everything we got, every bun was 10/10 and the sesame noodles were delicious. Great service, great vibe, and some real authentic Asian food to add to our community! Definitely go and support them!

I have been going to Bings Bao buns whenever I go to the SLO Market. They not only have great Bao but really good vegan and vegetarian options! As well as an array of Asian snacks. It’s fairly inexpensive for

Our first time here we tried each of the vegan boa offered. So delicious! Locally owned with an option to join a kimchi club where they deliver vegan kimchi to your house or office!
