Let’s start with main entrance being on the opposite side of building of parking. Add on no signs indicating which way to go and I’m already annoyed by the time I get to the door. Get inside and follow the single “take out” sign that points to the bar. Ask the bartender and am told to go back to the hostess stand. Two host literally walk away when I walk up and the bartender has to tell them to serve me, then they motion to the corner of building and mumble something as walking away. I’m guessing it was about the pick up station which is on the side of the building the sign points too but hidden by a whole wall.It truly amazes me that they still ask for tips on take out orders….the company’s sole purpose is to provide me food for a set price, I am not being served or waited on, you are performing the bare minimum task to complete the order.

If you need wings and a sports bar, this is your place. Very corporate and franchise feeling. It could be anywhere because there isn't an SLO feeling to the place.

Ordered my 12 pieces wings. Promised to be picked up at 9:40pm got in the store 9:35pm but didn't get my order until 10:20pm.Waited almost an hour for take out and I got home to find out im missing 6 pieces wings only. I called the store immediately and talked to Juan the acting Manager. He said he was sorry and have problem with the employee name Jorge knowing he make mistakes all the time.
Great bartender!Parking: Parking was behind the restaurant, we had to walk by the side of the restaurant by homeless people. A little scary at night, so I recommend parking across the street.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is the best around. The people make it great! The manager Marvin always goes above and beyond. The bartenders/ swift leaders are always great! Adam, Thomas, Alex, Joey Randy and Bethany are all awesome! The food always comes out hot and quick! Can’t beat happy hour or late night after 9pm!

The staff was really inattentive... they ignored me as I waited for an order... at least 4 people passed me not one asked have you been helped or let me check in on that order for you...
