This has always been a solid location, been coming around for over a decade. Clean, friendly, plenty of space. It's a Carl's Jr. Not much more to it. Can get a little congested in line around 11am from local workers, but usually staffed to handle it fine.
Parking: Tons of free parking in the lots, easy to pull large vehicles into double spots.

They manage to make my order incorrect every time. My bad for trying to go back. First of all, when I walked in to grab my order the manager guy was being short and rude with an employee he appeared to be training. I ordered online and got a burger with no onions American cheese or tomato, and add pepper jack and classic sauce. I somehow got a burger with onions, tomato, and American cheese with no pepper jack or classic sauce. Somehow completely backwards. I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed and it took up my entire lunch break and now I don't even get to eat the food that I still paid full price for and had to drive twice to get. I tried taking a bite out of it while rushing back to work and I literally gagged and spit it out. I watched them make it and it tastes like it’s 5 days old. Maybe they did me a favor because even if I had the time for this I still wouldn’t be able to eat it. Never eating at any Carls Jr ever again.

I've stopped at several locations around California and by far this is the cleanest and quickest location. Consistently good food and have always got my order correct.

OUTRAGEOUS prices. Nearly 10 bucks for a medium waffle fry and a large drink?!? Forget that. Carl's is the next known name brand to go.

Bought a gift card to use on the app, once I entered the numbers for the card it asked for a pin, there was no pin anywhere on the card. The employee finally asked what it was that I was purchasing and he was able to honor the savings on his register. It was really weird that the app offers the use of gift card yet made it impossible to actually use.
Stopped in to get some food to go. The restaurant was very clean. The employees working the encounter were extremely helpful. And even though I brought my food home, it was hot and very good, I would go back again to get the Diablo Burger.

This place’s only real redeeming feature is the kids’ playground, so if you have kids, it’s pleasant. But you pay out the nose for it. Their prices are absolutely outrageous, the food is just Ok, the place smelled faintly like sewer when we walked in, and they are rather slow. A place like this should be packed on the weekend, and with better prices and service, it probably would be.
