Chipotle Mexican Grill

The dirtiest Chipotle I've ever walked into. Better bring a towel and sanitizer spray for the tables n chairs before you sit down.

This is probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever eaten that. The prep area is dirty. Food blended in with other foods. The chicken was not fresh as well as lukewarm.

The manager is extremely rude. They charged us extra for the same salsa and corn salad that could go on the plate but I asked on the side.

3 stars for service because the young folks working there are probably trying their best given the tools they were provided to do their job, but THIS STORE’S MANAGEMENT IS DOING A LOUSY JOB.

The place looks like a prison slop shop. I’ve been to other Chipotle’s that show pride (and joy), so a lot better can be achieved if management actually cares.

It’s not just about the utter grossness of physical environment at this place. I paid $1.60 for a kids bag of tortilla chips, which, at this location, amounts to a measly 8 chips. That’s OK to give 8 chips for a kid’s bag, but charge a fair price, like maybe 50 cents max (or free).

I communicated both of these disappointments to corporate. On the plus side, they responded within hours (via email). On the downside, they only said these problems would be communicated with the local store to make improvements. They should have offered me a coupon to give them another try, as a show of customer appreciation, to make up for their failings. SO, CORPORATE ALSO FELL WAY SHORT.

This is my first ever review. I’m writing one because this place is genuinely that bad. They are out of essential ingredients all the time. Chicken, rice, steak, and even ice sometimes. The fountain drinks are frequently broken/not working right. The tables are ALWAYS extremely dirty and covered in food with trash overflowing out of the cans. It seems like you get ignored if you order carry out. If you do order carry out, order like half an hour ahead or else you’ll be waiting. The workers are rude and annoyed all the time, can’t blame them though. They also have a tendency to hand out pretty small portion sizes for a 14 dollar burrito. Just go to a local Mexican restaurant, you’ll get better food and better service for the same price + supporting local.

how stupid does one have to be to put a cold soda with hot food in the same bag?

We were ordering here relatively often. Not anymore. We ordered online and they only filled half of the containers with food. It's basically robbing your customers if you decide to cut portions in half because they can't supervise their food while it's being made. Ownership should be ashamed.

I ordered a plate, when I unpacked it at home I saw that there was 1.4 in it and that's not even half!!! Just a terrible attitude towards customers

Don't go here... Terrible service and the place was a mess - Waited 30 minutes to pick-up an online order that was supposedly give away to other people twice but the name was never ONCE called out and finally get my food only to see it's a runner-up burrito smaller than my hand.... what happened to this company....
