The champagne selection/membership really introduces you to so many sparkling wines I wouldve never been exposed to. Highly recommend for any Central Coast local to get a membership, the selections are always top notch and well curated. I always look forward to my quarterly pick up.

This place is absolutely amazing! The selection seems endless and there is always something new to try! Chairs are very comfortable and it's the perfect spot!The flights are a great option, you can also purchase by the glass or bottle. Prices are reasonable and the staff is great! The owner is extremely nice and knowledgeable on all things wine.I love this place and you should too!!

This is a fantastic and welcoming place to try fun new wines (and enjoy the classics). The flights always include some interesting and delicious selections - but you can also enjoy a glass or, let’s be real, a bottle from the varied selection. There are some solid reds and whites too - it’s not all sparkling.

Always a great rotating selection of domestic sparkling as well as true Champagne, Prosecco and Lambrusco. One of the only places on the central coast to get a wide range of amazing sparkling by the glass, or even a flight. Does carry a limited selection of still wine and beer in case someone in your group isn't about the bubbly. Amazingly friendly owner and staff and a great spot to pick up that quick gift or meet for a pre dinner glass. Always love swinging through this intimate and well curated space!

A bubble lounge in SLO, yes please! Fun place to drop in and have a glass whether you are on your way to or from dinner, or just because. Tracy is very knowledgeable regarding sparkling wine from all regions of the world. Love that you can try via flights or opt for a glass. Relaxing ambiance that provides a comfortable and cozy place to chill. If frequenting this establishment is simply not enough you can also join their champagne club and start receiving shipments!

This is a lovely spot. I came here with a few friends and we had a blast! We drank some wine and champagne and learned quite a bit about champagne when we asked the owner questions (she was very happy to share with us). We even played the game Heads Up on my phone and the owner joined in (she was very hospitable). I highly recommend!

We came in by chance and had an awesome tasting and experience. It was during the At Her Table festival, and it was awesome to have a tasting featuring women winemakers. And the owner was super awesome. A lovely person and a lovely spot for wine!

Bubbles are my weakness, so how fun to come upon a bubble centric tasting room while we were waiting for our dinner reservation. Lots of choices in a wide variety of price points. Cosy velvet chairs, good lighting and music and tasty libations make for a perfect place to stop before or after dinner.
