Downtown Donut Factory

1st time here and we lived it. Really great customer service, happy welcoming helpful young man in front. The donuts are delicious and so pretty. They are great tasting and nicely decorated.

The donuts here are awesome! Also the owners are really nice and helpful.

It's without a doubt the best donut shop in SLO. The donuts our soft and bouncey. You can make the donut however you want see fit. It's idea I've never seen a donut shop with the idea of creating your own donut. It makes the experience all the more fun. You can try and conpare it to Voodoo or Slo Dock but it is in it's own league. The donuts better tasting and why they don't have the selection of both those place, the small selection of pre-made donuts and some of the most created and well crafted donuts I've ever seen. I had The simple grandmas apple pie, but by god if it wasn't one of the best donuts I've ever had. The shop is fun and the customer service is great. I don't review many things but this warranted a great review

Has some really cool donuts and you can even build your own crazy combinations. Best part is that the cool donuts actually taste good unlike some other donut places *cough* Voodoo *cough*. The problem is the price; you're looking at over $3 for a donut. It's not as much as getting ice cream downtown, but donuts also don't last as long.

First time trying this place. Glad we did. The gentleman who helped us out was very informative and walked is through the process. The donuts themselves we're also very good and the toppings we choose all fresh. We will be back here from time to time for a nice treat.
