Better have a full glass of milk or coffee when you eat these products. Extremely dry. Sticks to roof of mouth and can't swallow without something to drink. Danishes have ⅛" filling, 2" flavorless dry bread. Muffins are crumbling and dry. If we are offered Edna's we pass.

One of the worst cookies I had in my life. It was given to us by our hotel and we each had one bite and couldn’t have a second one. Very strong taste of preservative or chemical?

I had these pastries at 6:00 a.m. aboard Amtrak that originates in San Luis Obispo. Apparently this is the bakery that they contract with for business class passengers. I was not impressed. The croissant was dry the apple Danish was too moist in the center as if it wasn't all the way back through. I was not impressed with the danishes at all and I was quite hungry.

Their prepackaged pastries were provided to us by a nearby hotel as part of our to-go breakfast. They were super, super bready and dry - not enjoyable at all, unfortunately.
