IF I didn't live more than two hours away, I would go back tomorrow to try something else on the menu. We had excellent fish and chips with coleslaw. The staff was super friendly and professional. This part of Avila Beach is a wonderful place to slip away to and escape the cacophony of this world and drink in the beautiful surroundings.
We enjoy Fat Cats when we want fish and chips. But the real joy is the fried onion rings! The fish is great and with large 4 pieces! A wonderful lunch and then a walk on the pier, priceless!!
The burgers were good and the onion rings very tasty. The ranch was good as well and the fries.
The coleslaw was not good at all.
The hostess was not very friendly but the waitress was.
I thought it was a bit expensive. Especially the burgers.
