Their homemade pasta and pizza was fabulous and will bring you back to Italy. The Ceasar salad was ok, was wilted with chewy croutons.

Very popular restaurant so there will be a wait but situated in DT SLO so plenty of shops to visit while you wait. The food was delicious but we were there on a holiday weekend so servers had many tables to manage. Overall a great experience and a must try if you are in SLO.

The night began under the careful watch of Lucas, our server. A calm, confident, and funny man. But before the pizza could even dream of arriving, he was gone. In his place stood Chandler.
I asked, concerned, what had become of Lucas. Chandler met my gaze, nodded grimly, and confessed: “They took him out back. He wasn’t filling the waters fast enough.” I mimed drawing a line across my neck — was it that serious? Chandler’s eyes said it all.
Chandler was good. Great, even! But no one could replace Lucas. Not in our hearts. Not in our pizzas.
That being said, Meter Monday is still one of the best deals in town. I recommend the CIRÓ. The pesto is almost too much, but the balsamic cuts through with a beautiful sweetness.

This was my third trip to Flour House and went because some family wanted to try then 19th best pizza in the country. The flavors are good but crust gets soggy in the middle. Pizzas are served uncut but it is not super easy to cut (and sort of mangles the center as it is already “floppy” in the middle. Suggest bringing out scissors to cut the pizza.

Definitely, authentic Nepolitan pizzas and pastas. Simple and tasty how Italians like it. Not enough protein thou on the dishes. Nice staff. Our server was very attentive and checked on us 3 times. Outside dining was comfortable with heat lamps. Rustic ambiance. This was after the Thursday night farmer's market. They took us in quickly at 9 p.m.

There is GREAT pizza but this place was just okay. We ordered salads and pizzas that covered our table. We wanted to try everything. Pizza arrived hot and NOT sliced ? Okay I’ll survive. Took my first bite and waited for some sort of feeling or emotion to come from the flavor. Nothing. More bites, more pieces and still no flavor explosion happening. Just average. Will not return unless I’m trying to get a break from farmers market.

It was an amazing experience. The service was amazing. Our server was an amazing young lady. She knew the menu very well. The pizza was different but the the sauce and everything that they put on it was worth the difference. Not typical but it was so good!

The service was excellent. Food was average & a little overpriced. But when you eat in downtown SLO, it is usually quite expensive compared to suburban dining.

It was a little loud in there but the food was amazing. I can definitely see why they are a top 20 pizzeria in the US. We had to wait for about 30 minutes but it was a party of nine and well worth it.
