At a friends house and tried ordering a pie by delivery from Gino's and they use door dash for their delivery service. No problem right? An hour goes by and we call to check on the status and they say it hasn't been picked up yet. Half hour goes by, still not delivered. We call and they say it still hasn't been picked up. I know it's not the employees fault, but it's the businesses fault for partnering with DoorDash. This is complete bullshit. Fuck ordering delivery from Gino's. Completely unacceptable. Amateur hour over there.

Girlfriend is gluten free and reviews said best gluten free pizza. She had a gluten free margherita pizza, 8.5 outa 10 only for it being slightly burnt but the ingredients and flavors were stellar!Mozzarella sticks were crack, I still want moreDietary restrictions: They offer gluten free pizza

Good pizza and sides. Could use a choice or two more for the wine by the glass. Our go to neighborhood don't want to cook tonight choice especially since it's a walking distance away. Good location.

Possibly the closet thing you can get to original New York pizza. Delicious food and even the calazon I ended up eating all myself was delicious because it has so much fresh tasting ingredients the flavor is amazing. It super hot and comes out steamy it really warms you up on a cold night. Seating inside is comfortable and have tvs always playing the game. I love this place and the cooks have a special spot in my heart. The cashier are nice and considerate for your needs.

Gino’s makes the BEST pizza! Great crust, great sauce, great cheese, and fresh, delicious, and generous toppings. They also have a selection of salads, pastas, appetizers and other yummy items (which helps if you have picky eaters dining with you!).Today, we came after a baseball game…had a Gino’s special (sooooo good!), a half cheese/half pepperoni for the kids, cheese sticks and a Caesar salad, and all of it was amazing—especially the salad and the Gino’s special pizza (so many fresh toppings!).The atmosphere is family friendly; there is an arcade on the side of the restaurant, with a wall between dining and the arcade so you can dine in peace while the kids have a great time while being close by and safe. The owner is warm, friendly and makes sure everyone is happy. He kindly checked on us and asked if we’d like some ranch dressing (why not add more fat to our bodies?!). After we said yes, he brought us a full container of homemade, delicious ranch and then personally thanksd us for choosing to dine at Gino’s. We can’t wait to make Gino’s one of our regular stops. The only problem is the pizza was so tasty that I overate!!

We ate here today after a swim meet. We loved it! The pizza is great, the lasagna would be hard to be beat, and the salad is fresh and comes with grated mozzarella cheese. The best part? They give you your own bottle of homemade ranch dressing so you can choose how much you put on the salad. There is also a game room with air hockey and some other fun stuff. Great staff too!

this place charges $1.25 for a side of ranch. plenty of good pizza places in SLO that gives ranch for free. this pizza is good, but not $1.25 for ranch good.

Well, it seemed promising; we were visiting CalPoly because our daughter is looking at colleges. The server was nice, and the prices made it seem like it at least wasn't cheap. Boy was I wrong! We didn't get pizza, so may that's the only good thing on the menu. I got the pesto fettuccini, which had a broken sauce (over cooked basil swimming in a pool of low quality olive oil -- no Parmesan). The noodles were not great and way over cooked (mushy AF!). My daughter got the lasagna -- but it was remnants of poor quality lasagna (no layers, just a pile of pasta chunks) drowned in a crappy meat sauce. My son got the chicken wings -- they had no flavor whatsoever. Enough said. My wife got the antipasti salad, not that great but also not as offensively bad as everything else. Even the garlic bread was dry, stale, and tasted like styrofoam. Barely a hint of garlic. We paid more than $100 and should have gone to Taco Bell instead.

Stopped for lunch at my favorite Central Coast pizza place. Got my usual - the “Gino’s Special” which is loaded with amazing fresh tasting toppings. With all those toppings, the crust underneath is still crispy! Best pizza ever! Our dog, Maggie was also welcomed on the patio by the staff.

My colleague and I stopped to eat at Gino's, we had just arrived to SLO after a 2+ hour car ride for a career fair. When we arrived we were tired and hungry... but left happy and stuffed. The customer service was impeccable, everything was delicious. We had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, Ron. His energy and enthusiasm was pretty infectious and also refreshing. Will come again

Expensive, doughy, Pizza Hut style pizza. But I am from a pizza-centric area in the northeast. Maybe it’s the water. Trying to find good, chewy thin crust pizza somewhere in SLO.
