When it came time for the wedding day, Haute Skillet provided the most delicious family-style meal for our guests – we received SO many compliments on the food! The service was also exceptional. Haute Skillet was the best decision we made for catering at our wedding!! Not only was their food delicious, but Ana and Leanne were so helpful and sweet the entire time leading up to the big day. The day of, they were so attentive and making sure we got appetizers while we were taking photos and getting us fed. My nerves didn’t allow me to have a huge appetite so they made sure to save my meal to take to go. Absolutely loved Haute Skillet and all of our guests did too!

Haute Skillet was our caterer for our wedding in Paso Robles and they absolutely crushed it. The food was fantastic, we had guests telling us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Beyond that, their service was incredible, they were all so kind to us and our guests. Leanne was especially helpful throughout our entire planning process, accommodated all of our asks and was quick to respond. We seriously cannot recommend Haute Skillet enough.

Recently hired this food truck for a work event. They were extremely easy to communicate with and returned all correspondence within a timely manner. Their service at the event was prompt and seamless, and nobody had to wait in line long for their food to be ready. I was so thankful to have healthy, fresh, allergen friendly options for my team. It was elevated truck food at its best, and we will be looking to hire them again in the future!

As the PTA President that also works in our wonderful wedding industry, I knew just the right caterers for my teacher appreciation week ! Haute skillet blew away the staff and many were grabbing seconds for the next day. A great mix of food for all taste buds ! I had a mix of meat, gluten free and vegan for all my staff members needs. I’ll be booking again !

What sold us on Haute Skillet was the tasting that Chef Anna offered us. We had a romantic date behind their kitchen in SLO and got to actually taste the food we were paying for on Wedding Day. Surprisingly few vendors do this and it made all the difference. I have to also mention that we wanted Churros for dessert and were disappointed that a separate vendor would exceed our budget but Anna and Haute Skillet volunteered to do it instead. These little things plus competitive prices and a smooth wedding day mean that we would highly recommend Haute Skillet and have to give this 5 Star review!

As a wedding planner, I recently had the pleasure of working with the Haute Skillet crew. They were extremely communicative and helpful prior to the event. Quick to respond to questions as well. On the day of the event, the entire staff was eager to help in any way they could, friendly, hardworking, and on top of tasks. Anna and her team were such a joy to work with! Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. We booked them for the rehersal dinner and reception dinner and have continued to hear rave reviews about how great the food tasted and we couldn't agree more! Not to mention they created an incredible charcuterie board that was beautiful and guests couldn't stop eating. 10/10 and all of the plated dinners we're so flavor and tender, all of the meat was juicy and the sides were delicious.
