Excellent flavors, several menu options. Have been here many times. Always fresh and delicious.

Had a great supper with a friend at Jaffa in SLO. Helpful service to customize my order. Falafels were so good! Not greasy or oily, just right amount of sauce on falafel wrap. Highly recommend for good price and excellent food.

The food I've had has been enjoyable but I have to say I'm not too keen on having to eat from plastic containers and with plastic forks while selecting the "dine in" option. Too much plastic waste is really disappointing here. At least my beer came in a real cup! But my salad was served on a tray in a plastic container. I saw some people who apparently selected the "to go" option..theirs was packaged similarly but just with the addition of a plastic bag...they sat down..ate the whole thing there then threw the plastic bag away!?! I feel it's really past time businesses consider all of the waste they produce everyday and the impact it has...I likely will choose to not eat here as often as I might if there weren't so much plastic waste involved in a single meal!

Everything was delicious and fresh! Super friendly employees! Best hummus I've ever had.

The food is regularly fresh and yummy, cashiers hands over great service. I love how clean it is and atmosphere. Will come back again.

Decent food for the price, the meat was a little dry, good hummus

This is a fantastic restaurant. The food is so fresh and yummy. And they have amazing baklava which is hard to find in other places. I definitely recommend it. Check it out.

Updated review: after moving back to SLO, we were SO looking forward to making Jaffa a regular visit of ours but holy cow... beware of a very grumpy and unprofessional cashier. She was behind the register around 7pm on September 18 and gave me THE WORST r.b.f. ever after explaining to her that on a previous visit (see, we were definitely going to make Jaffa a regular thing) the cool guys were kind enough to add hummus to my salad and omit pita & feta. I straight up had to ask her if she was okay, because of her toxic energy and repulsed face at my order. Not sure what her deal was, but they lost our patronage. Also, no baklava... boo. Miss the previous owner and vibes.

The only reason I didn't rate 5. . . Desert was way of on flavor compared to other locations. Every thing else was good.

I seek out falafels wherever I go. They're quite good here. When I'm on a road trip and it times out that I'm in SLO-Town around lunchtime, you'll probably find me here.

This place was great! It is in a nondescript strip mall with other restaurants that we've tried. Thought it was gonna be just ok but it exceeded my expectations. Went with the family and got the mixed plate with grape leaves, hummus, and babaganough. Comes with pita stuffed with a garlic spread that was delicious. A few peopl got the gyro which was pretty good--standard but well prepared. Someone got the lamb kabobs plate, which came with 2 large kabobs. Falafel is excellent! Crispy and perfectly soft inside. Everything was great and they give large portions. The sauces on the side that you serve yourself is a nice touch too

Got their gyro plate today, and will never return. The gyro meat was horrible! There was like a burnt, over cooked layer of skin tasting crap over every bite. Clearly it had been sitting out for a while, and not tended to properly while rotating. I also don't think their ice cream maker will ever work again.

Delicious, fresh and affordable! Falafel is the best in town! Lots of vegetarian (and Vegan) options, as well as the traditional Mediterranean meat dishes
