I made an online order, and when I went to pick it up 30 minutes later, it wasn't ready or got missed (not sure). They promptly made it for me and added a free cookie. They also brought my order out to my car where I was waiting. It was unexpected as I was just waiting in my car and planned to go back in maybe 10 minutes later to get it, so it was a nice surprise they brought it out to me and I appreciate the extra effort.

I took my entire family to Jersey Mike’s subs tonight and we had a fantastic experience. The gentleman helping us is named Weston and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I realize they serve sandwiches, but he took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The store is very clean, the service was fast, and the food was great. You definitely need to check this place out!

Came in for a late lunch after 1:00 to order two bowls. Employee stated they were out of parchment paper to roll and cut the meat and cheese and that bowls could not be made, so we walked out. Our staff loves this place and we were very disappointed that an alternative method could not be thought of.
